Pros +
- The property is adorable and very quiet. The attention to details and the lovely artwork were a bonus. The location is ideal too.
- Great location, modern, clean, and very nice person who checked me in and helped get a taxi when I had to leave.
- Stylish well appointed spacious room in great central location. Receptionist very helpful and reliable - excellent English. Liked how we were checked in when we arrived early. Great having an espressos machine, pastries, and fridge with fresh juice.
Cons -
- It’s a little harder when there is no one physically at the reception desk during the day but overall it was still a very nice stay that I was happy with.
- We checked in and went straight out to explore the city, but when we returned, we noticed that the sheets were stained. Since staff are only available during check-in and there’s no one on-site afterward, we had no choice but to deal with it ourselves. One of the challenges during our stay was the temperature in the room—it felt quite hot, and we had difficulty regulating it. We considered opening the window for some fresh air, but unfortunately, that wasn’t really an option. Our bedroom window faced a busy bar, and because it was Holy Week, the area was very lively, with crowds and the sound of drums from a nearby procession. Thankfully, I always travel with earplugs, which helped me get a good night's sleep, but the noise level is definitely something to be aware of when booking this property. As for the bed, my partner found it comfortable, though I personally felt it was too firm—so that likely comes down to personal preference. Finally, I think the cleaning staff could pay closer attention to certain areas—specifically, the towel warmer near the toilet and the hinges of the toilet seat. These details left the overall cleanliness feeling a bit lacking.
- No parking but public parking right by the hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of Zamora, so everything—from restaurants to landmarks—is just a short walk away. Our interaction with the staff was lovely; Alba, in particular, was very kind and gave us plenty of helpful recommendations for things to see, do, and eat around the city. The design of the rooms is modern and well thought out, and we really appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower—it made for a refreshing start to the day. There were also some very thoughtful touches in the room, like complimentary snacks, water, juice, and coffee, which made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Modern ,somewhat like a boutique hotel. Very comfortable. You meet the reception at a certain time. They check you in then are gone. You are on your own. Interesting and it works.
Location, modern clean rooms
No parking but public parking right by the hotel
The location was perfect for cycling Camiño Via de La Plata.Secure bike storage.Excellent location for exploring the beautiful city.Room was well appointed and comfortable.Alba, the receptionist, was great! She was welcoming, spent time advising us on where to visit, where to eat (perfect recommendations, full of locals!)
Liked everything
The room was modern, spacious bathroom.Communication with the receptionist was very good. There was a coffeemaker and a small breakfast included.
The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location was great within walking distance to everywhere in the old town.
Good location. Lots of nice touches inside. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
A bit challenging to find. No permanent reception so had to arrange a time to be met. Could hear street noise in the evening although not too loud.
Excellent central location ,modern and very comfortable. The reception girl was extremely friendly and helpful with information . Best shower !
Location quality of the room clean and spacious
Bed was hard and uncomfortable
Location StyleCleanliness Friendly
Shower is tricky Point it away from the shower door
Clean and comfortable, great location. Very charming hotel. Special thanks to Alba, she was extremly helpful, pointed out things to see in the town, and helped me a lot with the next destination of my trip.
Well located. Clean & comfortable. Quiet. Spacious bathroom. Very welcome espresso machine! Efficient check-in. Perfect for an overnight stop when travelling across the region.
The room was confortable, clean and inviting, Alba the person in charge is fantastic, she did everything possible to help us.
At night the room was very hot and the we couldn’t control the thermostat so we didn’t sleep well. We are from the USA and not familiar with the city, we used GPS to find the hotel and it was very difficult to find it.
The location, good facilities, and style. The lobby features 50's-era modern furnishings and there is great art work through-out.
I was a little disappointed not to be able to get the Krups coffee maker to work. I forgot to mention it to the front desk.
Loved the location, quality and bike storage
staff were very helpful. Well located near Plaza Mayor.
It was the end of school or University and hoards of young men were partying noisily until 4am through the Square. No fault of the property of course but little sleep was had.
The room was small but very good, we liked the bed and size of the bathroom. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. The hotel was very quiet in a plaza with a supermarket and no bars open until late, which was a plus.
Nothing really. Stayed only for a single night in Zamora. Maybe the hotel could give a discount for the closest constituicion parking
