Hotel Jarama

The room was very comfortable

There were no stairs, but anyway my room was on the first floor

Spacious room. Large comfortable bed. Excellent location next to old quarter.

No parking, though small multi storey car park nearby with subsidized fee.

Basic but comfortable hotel. Close to the old town and good parking options outside. For the price it was a good stay.

Adequate and good value. Needed an overnight stay when driving - suited the purpose. Pleased it has a secure car park.

ok - except restaurant didn't open until 9.00pm so just made do with bar snack

Not very much.It's not too far from the perimeter wall of the town

The reception was always unmanned.The staff were not very helpful. Most hotels offer info on the town they are located in. There was nothing at the hotel. The banging of doors at night kept everyone awake. We had to go into the bar next door to get WiFi information.

The staff were helpful. They stored our luggage after check out and arranged taxi for us.

They were busy, we had difficulty with language so more smiles would be more welcoming. Overall happy with service.

Warm and clean room. Bikes stored in garage. Nice walk into town via Aquaduct. Good local tapas bar for food.

Expensive as it was the weekend. Noisy neighbours. Small room.

The room was good nice size clean and a comfortable bed.

I feel the bathroom let it down. It has a shower over the bath that was not good to get out of for me at 5foot. All of the stairs landing and rooms looks like not long reformed if they had only taken the bath out replace with a walk in shower would have given high marks but overall a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, quick walk to the historic centre of town, easy local parking or they have their own, check in was hassle free. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice

The town isn’t great - not much to do and a lot of places shut and run down. The hotel does dinner and that was good as we couldn’t find any other open restaurants.

Was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Good location only a few minutes walk from centre of Zamora. Also secure parking was available.

Bed was not very good. Also it there was no refund when cancelling one of our rooms.

Staff at the front desk - and in the cafe - were strangely unfriendly.

Mites on the bed, I was bitten all over my body.
