AC Hotel Zamora

Location was very good. Parking was tight but enclosed in a garage just below the hotel.Rooms were comfortable (Booked two)

Bathroom door was opaque glass with huge gaps all around the edges. No privacy of any kind.Mold near the window walls - definitely dark and dirty looking. Stayed at other AC hotels and did not see anything like this.Cannot have this in a hotel with the Marriott name, low-end or not.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff were helpful and exceptional! Breakfast was delicious too.

AC was not working. They only have heating or AC and they don't turn AC on until some time in May. No mention of this on the website, but they moved us to a room without direct sun and we luckily had cool outdoor temps.

Location is convenient

This hotel needs a refresh. Carpets, ceilings, furniture, towels..

Everything was high quality, bed, shower, parking, TV. Free parking outside. Cafeteria with churros on the opposite corner.

The female service from the restaurant was not very welcoming neither was very warm to foreign visitors…The reception staff was to the standard of the price and the room, they were very kind, educated and provide GOOD service!I was expecting more from the restaurant service staff being Marriot a high standard Hotel branch.

Spacious room.Comfortable beds.Very clean.Convenient underground parking at an additional cost.

Nothing in particular other than the hotel is somewhat isolated from the city centre.

Gym rubbish. No bar. Breakfast was awful. Everything cold including drinks

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of many bars and town centre. Spotlessly clean and maintained with easy access from the autovia.

Comfy bed.. staff helpful...nice room..but needed someone to go fix the wallpaper that was lifting of the walls in quite a few places in our room.loved the bathroom..

No air conditioning and it was hot. Staff indicated that they only had heat. Had to open window and get the cool air from outside. Terrible road noise with the window open.

Friendly staff, and my requests concerning the room were well met, thank you. Good location.

Receptionist was good but gave some bad information regarding a place to eat.
