- When I was there I spoke to the owner. It's been under new management for a few months. What made this a nice stay was the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly.

- Windows overlook a playground, and pretty busy street so could be noisy when windows are open.
- I asked for a room with a window to the exterior of the building and the room I was offered had a single window to an interior yard. I complaint to the recepcionist and she told me that the requests made by the guests in booking reservations are not mandatory and they didn't have rooms with windows to the outside when the room was booked.

Lights in room not all working, we informed reception who said they would rectify but nothing was done.Room had no fridge, even though booking stated there was one provided.

Difficulty using card to enter after 8.30pm as swipe card given did not work. Waited for another guest to let me in but his card only worked after about 10 tries.

Simple, clean place to sleep on a budget.
This hotel is not in the most visually friendly part of town. The walls seemed very thin and smoke from other rooms is easily spread to other parts of the hotel.
