Pros +
- The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly.
- The location was very convenient for us. Breakfast was not included in the price, but the one we had was very good.
- We were upgraded to room for disabled as my husband has mobility issues and it was superb. The whole hotel looks like it was brand new with an excellent cafe on the ground floor with a good community feel to it.
Cons -
- The cafetería was over priced for the quality of the food, compared to other hotels and cafeterías in the area.
- We liked everything. Good value for money.
- There was only one member of staff for both reception and running the bar. They were working hard and run off their feet because it was very busy but with the best will in the world you can’t be in two places at once. Come on Okelo employ more staff.
