Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Underground parking always a challenge

This is the 3er time in Zamora, just once we stay in another hotel, and definitely we will stay here if we come back. It is next to the principle atracciones, walking distance. Very clean spaces.

Parking was away from the hotel . but we had a nice big spot . A little difficult to find if you don’t have a sat nav

Good for parking private car - it could be highlighted as to how to get to the car park before checking in as the reception is on a pedestrian area. The receptionist was very good at explaining how to go back around to access the car park which is in Calle de Magistral Romeo (about 50m on the right).The rooms were clean and as we were on the back - it was very quiet - no road/pedestrian noise. Good location.

The place is not clean bed is not comfortable and i staid there until 3rd of September and left they charged me full amount

Location close to everything. Room was a lovely size with a comfy chair. Bathroom nice. Had a kettle with tea and coffee (no milk). Nicely decorated. Clean.

Could do with a second luggage stand otherwise perfect.

Taking an extended weekend rest whilst walking Camino Santiago, we enjoyed the comfort of this modern business style hotel with it's clean comfortable rooms and central location.

A very comfortable inner city hotel but with the benefit of secure parking. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and the staff very helpful especially when serving the excellent breakfast. It is a short walk along the pedestrianized Santa Clara to this lovely city's main attractions.

The room we had was a joined with a door and the people next door was very loud!! It needed a door to our bedroom.

Warm welcome from staff. Appreciated early check in as room was ready. Room older style spacious felt luxurious. Super clean. Super comfy. Room dark and quiet for excellent sleep Lovely outlook over street. Interior and exterior sound isolation good Wifi stable fast Location excellent half way between bus and train stations. On edge of older area with cathedral and castle about the same 15 min walk further on. Supermarket round corner For the Sunday night price it was wonderful value for money Very highly recommend

Attentive staff; spacious room and nice bathroom.

Bar was so-so.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is very central.

Underground parking was available but it was hard to get into and the parking spot we were given was ridiculous. It was hard to park exactly in a small spot when there appeared to be plenty of easily accessible spots empty - not impressed.

Excellent staff Location central in Zamora and easy to access the city.

Difficult to find on one way system. It took several attempts to locate, even with satnav.

Everyone was nice and friendly and help full in the hotel

Although the parking was good and part of the hotel it was hard to find down a narrow street that looked you shouldn't drive down.

The desk clerks were particularly helpful and kind, helping me store my bike for the night and guiding me to a supermarket.

My room was very warm and the fan did not work.

It's not a 4 star hotel, value for the money
