Hotel Splendor

Nice hotel, good value. Comfy bed and room.

Limited breakfast

Good

The staff did not take care to clean the room, during my stay they avoid to clean the room 4 times, moreover they did pay attention to my request to fix up the television, in fact the TV was unavailable till the end of my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of options.

Next to our room was some kind of generator or machine that made loud, deep noises. It was hard to sleep and get a proper rest.

Staff are excellent , very helpful and kind Restaurant makes a delicious meal.

Breakfast is quite poor for the 4 stars hotel, no croissants and good coffee.

Good room size

Not a very good experience, in general.1) Very limited English from staff.2) They put music in the hall. Several times, at bedtime or early morning, I needed to go to the reception (not answering the phone) and ask to reduce the music in the hall as I could not sleep due to the noise coming from the hall.3) Breakfast was very limited. The bread was fresh on the first day, and the second and third days were the same. On the third day, the bread was very dry and hard.4) I have asthma and could feel the dust in the room.5) From the 2nd to the 3rd day, I hung the sign for the room to be cleaned. When I came back at night, the room was not cleaned/tidy.

The hotel was beautiful. Clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Enjoyed our time

Hard to communicate with receptionist who checked us in.

Everything was clean, room was good size.

Breakfast on one day was cold. Noisy neighborhood house next to our room.

The breakfast was yamy. The room and bathroom are cleanStaff r very helpful and friendly The area is really, really nice, calm and new but it's far from the centre around 30 mnts by Uber☺️

Good location if you are planning to pass Warsaw. The hotel also has a car charger which can be used. Friendly staff.

Breakfast can be a bit better, when we came to the breakfast some dishes simply finished.

Big room, good breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely staff!

Overpriced for what you get, restaurant was closed even at 8PM and since location is really remote, you do not have many choices to eat anywhere.

Good sleep-over hotel close to the Warsaw ring road, free parking, good breakfast

We stayed in the hotel before and it seems that the quality of both the room and the service has somewhat deteriorated

American style, comfy

You can't have dinner, restaurant and bar is often occupied for private events.

Staying at the hotel with our little baby was such a delightful experience. Spacious room available for a family of 4 members. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They provided us with a crib for our baby and even offered to assist with any additional needs we may have had.

Hard to tell, we spent only one night there. It's difficult to say for sure, as we only stayed there for one night.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Due motorbike brake we came very late, but before we caled and asked for extra service, we got everything we asked ❤️ thank you very much. Next day we could not check out on time and we asked if its ok to wait few hours in a hotel, also was no problem. Thank you very much again for the Staff.

Hair dryer was not working ? and smell of little soap. For the rest everything was great.

Nice and spacious room with a balcony, we stayed here as part of long drive and it was just off the main motorway so didn't have to go too far off. Really nice food :)

Our stay wasn't bad, but there were a few issues though we found them funny. we were given the room key when checked in and when entering the room, another guest was already there haha. made us laugh for sure. electricity was on and off and there was an alarm going on at night at times which in the morning when we wen to breakfast looks like could have been because of a leak. Things like that happen though so we just smiled, and continued our journey :) Hope the leak got sorted.

Good location. Good breakfast. Confortable bed.

Pretty clean, nice breakfast.

Location is very bad if you plan visiting Warsaw. Hotel is much smaller than you would think after looking at photos from Bookin.com

It was incredibly clean, beautifully appointed with fabulous staff and great breakfast.

Had I know the location was so far away from the centre of the city. I would not have booked since public transport was almost non existent as the roads were highly trafficked.

Room had bath ropes and excelente vintage decor, beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast.

Hard to communicate with anything but Polish. Bathroom quite small and shower-head quite blocked so water went everywhere when showering.

Very clean rooms, cosy beds, good restaurant. The best staff and perfect service
