Unìco Boutique Hotel d'Arte

This was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Beautiful grounds, rooms with beautiful views and the most attentive and caring staff ever. This will be our go to hotel anytime we come to Palermo/Mondello Sicily area. Loved it!

Good location, clean and staff were wonderful, extremely helpful too! We had to leave before breakfast hours to go to the airport, the staff had a breakfast waiting for us before hours, so nice of them, very accommodating!!! Pool and rooftop bar were an extra bonus, gorgeous and had stunning views!

Water was beautiful, but was hard to stay there because there was a private beach club that you were unable to enter, so we choose to stay near the pool at the hotel.

Lovely staff and a very nice quiet location with a lovely small swimming pool

The property was gorgeous , immaculate. Small modern and so well placed . 5 mins to town. The staff went beyond the call of duty .felt like I was at a friends house . Only 8 rooms . Total bliss !

Beautiful, quiet hotel with lovely staff. Pool area and roof top were particularly special.

Only comment would be that service for food and drinks at times could be a little slow. Staff managed it as best they could.

The Unico hotel has a unique charm. There is Sicilian art thru out the property and gives its guests a nice local vibe. The staff provided exceptional service and expert advice on restaurants and sights to see.

Everything was perfect

- very good location- rooms are very clean, especially the bathroom- bed is very comfortable- no noise (stayed in the separate poolhouse, so no neighbours) - beautiful view overlooking the poolarea and the sea- breakfast was amazing, everything you need (fruits, Joghurts, cereals, eggs, tomatoes, mozzarella, bread, cheese, sweet pastries..)- in general very clean, modern and calming atmosphere with beautiful flowers and artobjects- there is a rooftop areal with jacuzzi and bar, beautiful at night overlooking Mondello- staff is friendly and competent

- the Jacuzzi on the rooftop bar was a bit dirty and there were no umbrellas to protect from the sun (the area is more constipated for evenings)- possibility for washing clothes only if you stay longer than one night/one day- breakfast starts at 07:30h, for me that was a bit late

The hotel's small size, charm and location at the Southern end of the Peninsula were perfect! The staff is amazing. Great breakfast and snack menu too. Pool area is tranquil and lovely.

The location and comfort as well as the unique design.

The only service personel trying to catch up for all the guests. Security cameras over the private hot tub of the room.

Fantastic, kind staff welcomed us. The hotel was so beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent. It is just right in front of the sea. Car parking was also convenient! Spacious charming room, comfy bed, amazing bathtub. Cleaning was spotless. We would like to come back again! Thank you so much!

Overall it's a very nice hotel

Out of all the nights there, we paid for a room with private jacuzzi. But, all but 1 night it was not working. At the time of year we were there. This what we wanted most. Day 1 it should have been inspected and confirmed as working.

Breakfast was a lovely buffet with fruit, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and the option to have fresh eggs prepared. Pool and communal areas were immaculately clean as was our room, and the artwork is a lovely addition. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Would have been ideal if there was a member of staff on the roof terrace to take orders more readily. During our stay there was just one person who had to go up and down so you had to wait for a little bit. This may well have been because we were slightly off season.

Friendly staff. Wonderful views from room. Beautiful pool and contemporary boutique hotel which surpassed expectations. Lovely roof terrace and tasty breakfasts served until 11.00 am .

They didn't let us to swim after 10am check out.

Absolutely amazing space throughout. Beautiful pool area, great rooms, and just an overall gorgeous space. The staff was phenomenal, kind, and incredibly helpful. Great cocktails and wonderful breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. We did have a small issue with some clothing we sent to be laundered- put it out Sunday morning but didn’t get to back until Tuesday evening. I guess it’s because there’s no laundry on Sunday. It was a bit of a bummer but the staff was very apologetic about it.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and very nice. Property was decorated with great art. View of harbor from room was beautiful.

There is no elevator in this building.
