The staff was very nice

The elevator was broken on the sixth floor. I couldn't get up because I'm disabled have a hard time and the pool wasn't open when I was there worst experience ever.

Great location. Staff very helpful and attentive. We had a late checkout and they really helped us with bags and directions etc. Room was very comfortable with a nice balcony/view of the sea. Room was clean and included a small kichen area which is nice if you are travelling with kids etc. Restaurant next door Graffeti is very nice and has a nice selection of fish and seafood. Pizza was excellent too. Hotel is well located and has good parking. Adauro and nearly Mondello beach are really really nice.

We did not know that the pool only opens from June until September so we were disappointed by this. (we stayed at end of April) Breakfasst was a chaotic disaster. Not to fault the poor guy on duty who was alone and unable to cope as a lot of people arrived at same time. A real Faulty Towers moment as he got angry with my wife who rightly complained about lack of warm food, many dirty tables and unable to know where anything was....but he saved the day by giving us a very nice fresh scambled eggs! Problem here is management not the staff.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean

There was a terrible smell in the bedroom.They used disposable plastic cutlery and glasses for breakfast

Room was nice but wish I had a balcony - and the noise of beeps was annoying, Beach is right across the street with lifeguards. Breakfast was wondering and lunch at the location is convenient.

The hotel is 30 min from airport.You need to walk 20 minutes for the sandy beach or 8 minutes with bus. (there is an option for non sandy beach around 500 meter, but we do not tried it).The room size is big and breakfast is about 90% sweet pastry so good for kids.Aircondition is working properly.

we found the previous customer soap and shampoo in the bath, but overall is was clean.

We liked the closeness to the beach and coffee shops and restaurants. Friendly staff !The food was excellent! The beach was amazing but lit if people .

Did not like the beds they were awful ! Lots of garbage around the facility!

The location. The beach is a few feet away as well as a few places to eat.

Ac was not working properly and around midnight the front desk worker came up to our room an fixed it himself! Amazing worker that friendly man working nights.

The location was too far away from Palermo. As we did walk to both Palermo and Mondello we found it was very littered with garbage, but walking to Mondello was much better. We saw a dead rat in the parking lot as well. The taxi to the hotel from the airport was 65 euro and going back was 45 euro. Taxi from Palermo historic centre was 45 euro. Way too much. Buses were intermittent and staff did not know when they came and went.

pool is great, so does the staff. Super clean hotel

hotel has a great restaurant and there is a small eatery next door but thats about it as far as dinning

The view if the apartment was amazing with a ocean and mountain view in thr balcony area.

Since it was an apartment we didn't have daily cleaning service included.

It is across from the water, nice view from balcony, little kitchen in the room complete with utensils, good breakfast, quite area & transport is not a problem.

Pool is not available, the room is a bit smelly, strange buffering sound.

We liked the terrace

No ice machine, you put your room key in machine by the door when entering the room which gave the room power when you leave you take your key with you and it shuts the power off. Therefore turned off the refrigerator and the AC while you are gone, so every time entering the room , room was very hot and Things in the refrigerator warm. Outdoor pool and hot tub we’re only open from 10 AM to 6 PM. The Terrace view was of a big empty lot with some beach Access, full of garbage and abandon vehicles, walked over there and it was disgusting. Our last night there they had an anniversary party that started at 8 PM with very loud music clean up took till 2 AM did not get much sleep.

Staff was awesome!!! Very helpful and informative.
