⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay - amazing staff, especially CarmeloWe had a truly wonderful stay at Mondello Glam Hotel & Terrace, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our Sicily trip.From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was outstanding, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone, from the reception team to the cleaning staff, made us feel cared for and at home.A special thank you to Carmelo, who was working the night shift. We had a small issue with our room, and he handled it immediately with kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved smoothly and that we were comfortable, truly exceptional service.The team’s recommendations for places to walk, eat, and explore around Mondello and Palermo were spot-on and made our stay even more special. After a very disappointing experience at our previous hotel in a different part of the Island, this was such a refreshing and welcome change, it honestly elevated our entire vacation.Thanks to this hotel and its incredible staff, we were able to perfectly celebrate my amazing girlfriend’s birthday, which was so important to us, and it made the trip feel complete and memorable.We’re deeply grateful to everyone at the hotel, highly recommend staying here, and we would hope to return in the future.Thank you again for everything.

Short staffed, breakfast on the last day was unsatisfactory. Got mixed signals from front desk.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Mondello Bay beach. The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were also very kind! Especially the restaurant waiters. I wish I got all their names, but they were very attentive and remembered our previous day orders and can predict what we would anted to eat and drink. Felt very personal.

I liked everything!

My name is Luiselle Giannone and I stayed at the Glam hotel for 17 days. I also lost my phone. I can’t express enough. Have a wonderful the staff was they were going above and beyond to help me since I had no phone and letting me use the front desk phone and connecting all my calls to my Room. They were wonderful the dining room staff was also great and not to mention the wonderful cleaning, ladies that were so sweet and thoughtful. I travel a lot and I’ve never found the staff this exceptional as the people from the glam Hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I give it a five star. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was amazing and the rooftop was absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. The room was really nice. Also with a great view. The beach was 10 minute walk not even.

The roof terrace is used for events and can be a bit noisy. The hotel is working on correcting the issue

The room was spacious with a charming balcony, and the bathroom had everything I needed — plus the most comfortable robe I’ve ever worn. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which meant a lot after arriving from a disappointing previous stay.Breakfast was rich and indulgent, and the rooftop restaurant has a fantastic wine and food selection with a breathtaking view. The art throughout the hotel adds a beautiful, curated touch.

A few small downsides: the shower head holder was broken, the hallway could’ve been cleaner, and the breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Still, overall, it was a great experience and I’d gladly come back.

Close to theBeach

The water was not hot. And the breakfast was not consistent. The pool and hot tubs were not in working condition.

The view from the balcony was amazing! Comfortable bed, friendly personal.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to please. Their spoken English was also excellent. The hotel is newly opened and so everything is very clean. The bedroom was spacious, smart and the bed, extremely comfortable. Lovely touches included flip flops and towelling robes in the bathroom and we were also left little cakes from the chef in our room. The upstairs cocktail bar is stunning with the most amazing view of the mountains and Mondello itself.

It’s a difficult hotel to find, as the satnav didn’t recognise it, possibly because it’s new.It had been raining earlier in the day and the seat covers were soaked and sadly, not changed before we sat down for an evening drink!

Small and boutique in style.Every detail was considered and of Immaculate taste.

The small parking garage was a little tricky but they offered assistance and it was great to have on-site parking which is rare. Not a negative really- just very tight!

Luxury! The room was brand new and the restaurant had a beautiful view and food!! Balcony room had the best view!

New hotel, four stars, very friendly staff - the room had a balcony where you can see the sea. Great service for breakfast and breathtaking view at the restaurant.

The room needs Art on the walls and a blanket and extra towels.

1. The staff is very kind and helpful. 2. They upgraded the room to a better one free of charge. Also, we could stay at the hotel for an extra 1 night at the booking.com price.3. Good skyline in Mondello.4. You might face some surprises. We asked for crepe pancakes with Nutella and banana for breakfast, but we got a weird omelet filled with Nutella and strawberries. At least they tried their best!5. They are organizing a transfer service to the Airport for 60 €.

1. Dirty and stinky neighborhood.2. Spa Hotel = There is no air conditioning in the common areas, so you can sit in the corridor and enjoy the free sauna.3. There are no napkins and enough toilet paper in the room.4. There are no "do not disturb" & "cleaning" sing in the room.5. Random cleaning without your permission and they turn off the air-conditioning.6. Random power outage in the room which caused one of the lamps to burn out.7. Impro breakfast instead of buffet breakfast. There is no available menu to choose from, just guess what you want to eat and whether they can make it or not.8. You could drink the most expensive coke of your life at the Skybar for 12 €.

The mondello glam hotel lives up to its name with an instant feel of luxury from the moment you enter the building all the way through to the bedrooms and the terrace is breath taking views and food and drinks.The staff are away ready to do anything to make your stay better for example we wanted to go on a boat trip and mentioned it before dinner when we passed the reception after dinner martina told us she had found a perfect boat trip and had the captains name we bought booked it for the next morning. Every staff member is fantastic and can’t do enough for you would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back next year
