Hotel Conchiglia d'Oro

The hotel was very nice, even if it is a little old it was very clean. It has a good vibe and feels ‘italian’ :) the staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you needed - loved the fresh cannoli. Pool was also great and clean.

The beds/mattresses were not very comfortable and should be replaced. A table on the balcony would also be nice.

Every thing was very convenint .Super parking in a big garden.. Pool.The staff was amazing.Hope to come back.

A litlle hard to find because of all the one way streets. But succeeded.

Staff, cleanliness, access to area

Nice large room and comfy bed.

Location is shocking and travelling on buses isn’t great from that area. Also over drivers will scam you for every single penny you’ve got, 50 euros to go 6 miles

Very professional and kind stuff. The room is outdated but clean, towels are changed daily. Decent breakfast and tasteful dinner.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood however the soundproofing between rooms is really bad

Staff - super friendly staff. I wish I could take them with me everywhere I go. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Sure the building is not new. But it is cosy. Woodchaven carpentry work all over the lobby. Not much I didnt like there at all

great location only 10 min from the sea. The pool was clean. The staff were super friendly. Thank them for finding a taxi for me at the last minute on Sunday.

If you have back pain the bed will be super uncomfortable for you.

Balcony in our room and the breakfast was good

The air was very humid even with the AC. No mosquito net. The pillows were very thin and too soft.

Bfast was good..was safe especially parking as we park the motorbike infront of the reception.

The hotel is still in old fashion..maybe some refurbishment

The hotel staff was very kind, welcoming and polite. They wanted to make sure I had a great experience so they did what they could to make me feel comfortable. Besides, they helped me providing information about the place and ordered a taxi when I needed. The food was a plus with a variety of fruit, bread and drink options.

The stuff was super nice and qualified

The hotel walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbors talking, way too loud and you cannot sleep at night or have any privacy.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Cleaning was perfect. The pool was nice. Price is reasonable.

The property needs renovation the decor is from ‘80 but kept well

Simple adequate hotel at a reasonable price.Easy to 'commute' to Palermo centre by parking up at the nearby railway station with a 20 mins ride into the centre.

It appears that they put all the breakfast buffet out at the start. If you are late down many items are finished - eggs, back, meat, cheese

- The breakfast items was not refilled. Once the eggs, cheese, ham or whatever were gone, it was not possible to get any more.- No fridge in our room

The staff was very open and welcoming.Very good location, well connected with other locations (capo Gallo, Mondello square) by buses and shuttle buses.Also good connected with Palermo city center.

Hotel's location was excellent with plenty of eateries within easy walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. A special mention for the croissants stuffed with pistachio/chocolate/jam. Room was large. Bathroom good, towels changed daily. Staff excellent.

A fridge in the room. Better / more loungers around the pool.
