Rooms had no fridge and a boiler. The walls are not soundproof.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a good design. The curtains were designed to block out light and provide a comfortable sleep.

The room did not have a small refrigerator and the breakfast did not have much variety.

Extremely kind customer service by the receptionist, very helpful at all times.Clean rooms and premises, parking facilities are convenient.

Facilities are way too basic even for a 3 star.No tea/coffee in the room, no mini fridge, no telephone to call the reception.Strictly minimalist, I'd call it a 2-star+ not really 3-star hotel, for the price we paid.

Nice location, very quiet. Big room with the balcony with breakfast option. I was expecting to be more clean since the price is not so small. Overall it’s ok solution for a night or two.

The floors was dirty and furniture is a bit old.

The staff were outstanding, they didn’t hesitate to help us when we needed something. The location to public transportation and shopping was close and easy to use.

Clean, fair price, easy to find

Loud at night, noises and rumbling from the other room. But you can't really blame that on the hotel i guess.

The room and bathroom have a good size. Location was good. Breakfast simple, but good.

The hotel is infested with silverfish, I saw it everywhere: my room, stairs and breakfast room. I stayed for two nights and my room was not made next day.

The room is well-maintained and excellent for relaxation. It features a desk and comfortable furniture, and the terrace offers a beautiful view.

The shower is a bit small, and the area is quite isolated.

Great room size. Very clean and comfortable for one night on the drive though. Very close to the freeway. Free underground parking which was great.

The breakfast was very basic and mostly empty plates although we weren't late for breakfast. Cucumber was old and soggy. I wouldn't add breakfast next time.

Very clean in the room and breakfast area, very friendly staff, underground garage, good breakfast

Lack of air condition

Room size, very friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious

The room has no AC

very comfortable, clean, fast internet, very friendly staff

New building so everything was new and clean. Underground secure parking was a plus. Good room sizeEasy self checkin process

They charged CHF30 for extra bed which was not mentioned on booking.com so not fair presentation of prices!! The extra bed was so uncomfortable as well! There was no ventilation system at all which was so suffocating!!

Design of rooms, location - fine

Extremely dirty floor in the room! I was with child, so I clean floor by myself, disgusting experience

Free parking, garage within the hotel. Clean, quiet, very comfortable. Staff pleasant and ready to help.Hotel in a quiet part of the city, tram station, very close, 100 meters from the hotel, good connection to the center of Zurich.

It's a very neat and cute room perfect for a family. Very quiet and the staffs are really good.

Breakfast spread was very limited.

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in, it was great to have a parking included with the room.
