Convenient and priced well. Large room with a useful little fridge.

Small suggestion: add clearer instructions on getting a key card during check-in. Customer service was very helpful and quick, but the current process is slightly confusing.

Its a quiet, calm place. The highway is very close and the Shoppi Tivoli is only 1 minute far from the Hotel.

The mattress on the bed was too soft and uncomfortable for me but thats my problem ?

Easily reachable and easy to find on map. Rooms and bathroom were spacious.

One of my rooms bathroom seemed to be used. Secondly the label of the rooms allotted to us were very hard to find as it was after a door labelled as no entry allowed. That should be corrected.

Check-in Experience:As an English speaker, I found the check-in process quite frustrating. The keyboard at the self-check-in station was set to German, and I couldn't locate the "@" symbol to enter my email address. When I tried to call for assistance, the automated response was entirely in German. It would be much more accommodating if the hotel provided English language support during the check-in process, both on the keyboard layout and the help line.Room Amenities:Another issue was the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. At the very least, the hotel should inform guests that there’s an automated kiosk on the first floor for drinks. However, the machine doesn't display any prices, which makes it unclear for guests, especially those unfamiliar with the system. Better signage and communication would make a big difference.

I didnt like staying here since the beginning. It was terrible.I had a reservation for one person and my money has been withdrawn three times.I tried to contact via email to return the funds to my account but i have not received a positive response. I was alone, did a reservation for ine person andd paid three times.

Great value for money. Spacious, clean room and very reasonable price for Zurich. Additional bonus is parking included in the price.

Check in was a little difficult, a better software might help. German ID worked but the software could have been more intuitive.

Coffee machine out of order when we left. Area around that was also not clean.

We didn't see even one member of staff during the stay, but the automatic check in and out worked fine and the room was fine.

I was forced to give information at registration that I would not normally provide. I am not happy with that.

Shower tended to wet the floor, but being able to get more towels at the un-staffed reception was a good solution.The location is a bit strange and perhaps off the beaten track, but once we got used to the tram and train connections to the city it was quick and easy.

Got some refund and a new room after sleeping in a room with badly clean red stains (possible blood).

The room could have been cleaner, specially the sheets. When I arrived to the room there was red stains (possible blood) a little bit every where: on the wall, picture frame, curtains... since I have done a check-in after the 16h there was no chance for sending someone to clean it or changing the room. Later I notice there was the same kind of stains but much larger on the sheets (the sheets also had black stains and cigarette holes). Since everything is done online, there were no one to fix this issue. The only thing mentioned by the online receptionist that day was just to call the following day in the morning. By calling the next day, the online receptionist told me that the room would be cleaned and the sheets would be changed. After a long day at work, I arrived to the same room and notice that the stains were not cleaned and the bed sheets we NOT CHANGED, only the towels were changed. Again, there was no way to solve the issue since I arrived after 16h. Other complaints include: motel vibe, faint cigarette smell in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows.This was the worse hotel expirence I've had in my life, after traveling in more than 25 countries!

Apart from folding the blankets and applying towels and a garbage bag, the room was not cleaned once in the whole week we were there, and according to the dirt, I doubt if it was pierced before

The level of cleanliness was very low, the internet does not work and the staff who only answer the phone are really untrained

It was dirty, smelly, the tv remote was not functioning, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and stained in many spots, cigarette butts outside the windows (we were on ground floor), moist in the bathroom, shower sink was not flushing, nowhere to leave your necessaire in that bathroom…Absolutely scandalous.
