Very good value, convenient garage, spacious nicely designed, comfortable room.

We love this hotel in every way. We have stayed here several times. The desk staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling! The rooms are modern, comfortable and very accommodating The bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

Loved the room layout: very useful to have separate bedrooms connected by one kitchen. Rooms are spacious and we had 3 bathrooms, which was great. We were also provided with a baby bed. And having underground parking was super convenient. Location is great too, many supermarkets around

Bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better. Also it was noisy during the night: you can hear cars and noisy neighbors

The room was beautiful, clean, and so quiet.

This was one of the greatest stays we had in a while, but i would like to point out a few things i hope to see improved by our next visit:- No real control over AC: we couldn't turn off or lower it, made if uncomfortable after showers, or when going to bed.- We didn't enjoy having one tiny fridge for 2 rooms apartment that barely cools, with no freezer- Hotel slippers should be free !- Main bedroom queen bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together without the padded gap filling layer, we fell in few times. And there should be one large duvet instead of 2 single size for the main bedroom

We enjoyed our stay, they have a convenience store just right next to the hotel, a restaurant next to it as well, the check in and out was easy, staff were nice too. Not to mention the rooms are sound proofed so you won't be hearing any noise from outside. The room is very comfortable with enough space, cabinets and drawers to place your stuff. Also they have a service area where you could iron your clothes and there is an app operated washing machine incase you need it with wireless payment.

The only let down was the location it was a bit far from the city center and the nearest tram is about 10 minutes walk, you would still arrive in the city center within 10 mins. But other than that our stay was almost perfect. I still recommend the place if you prefer a more laid back area. Honestly I would still come back.

The room was for twins, two single beds, whereas I requested double room for me and my wife, king bed.It wad really annoying and spoil our stay.

Great location, friendly staff & good parking

Friendly staff, good location for a night over on our trip, modern and comfortable, clean and calm. Proximity to restaurants and shopping mall if needed.

Cost of parking not cheap for a night (20 francs). The rest is great!

Nice room, spacious and very quiet. Comfortable to stay, room is big and has kitchen facilities. Receptionist is very helpful and knowledgeable.

There is no fridge in the room.

Reception staff was excellent very kind and helpful. The room was clean with nice decoration.

Staff acted very professional and offered all the info required - the 2 ladies from the reception were exceptional: Alina and her colelague make you feel as home. Location was close enough to Zurich and across the street from a large shoppoing centre. Everything was great.

The double bed was uncomfortable because it was actually two single beds pushed together.

Best location , gas station is just few steps from the hotel, also the mall just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel value is very good , also the room was so nice and clean.

The size of the room little bit small.

Excellent location. Italian restaurant and Migros attached to the hotel. Mall is a walk up the steps and walkway from a building, after crossing the road. Windows can be opened slightly or fully - for someone not experienced with the "Swiss" windows, this is a great bonus, as the Swiss air is very fresh. On the first night, I was congested, as did not know about these superb windows. Instant noise cancellation window - one has to lock it fully though (turn the handle all the way down). AC did not seem to kick in - the switch seemed to be too sensitive. However, nights were cooler when we went, so did not affect us.

Instructions need to be posted for the superb outside shutters. Could not figure out what the black switch with arrows was about, until the next morning. Need soft tissues. Look into providing an ironing board and iron. There is a service room on the 4th floor for laundry services and ironing, but too cumbersome. Note that we struggled for 15 minutes as to how to figure out how to use the washing machine, as it did not accept our credit cards. We found out that one has to actually go to the 2nd floor and the person at the front desk has to use their specific card for the machine to operate.
