Pros +
- Everything! We have nothing negative to say. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This hotel is family owned and it felt like it - which, from my perspective, is highly complimentary. The breakfast was fabulous. I would book this place again if we were to return. The terrace - which was on the ground floor and functioned as common space - was a beautiful place to sit. The view from our window was also beautiful. What a sunrise!
- It’s got beautiful views, very clean, great location, nice owners
- The property owners/manager are very friendly and exceptionally helpful in planning restaurants, local sceneries and events! Provided breakfast was very good.
Cons -
- Can't think of anything.
- Unfortunately no parking at the property, but helpful guide to free public parking.
- Restaurant had closed, yet when I researched the hotel through your website, it stated that there was an on sight restaurant. When we arrived, they told us it had closed. It was a Sunday night and it was difficult in this small town to get a last minute dinner reservations.

Very attentive staff
Old-fashioned hair dryer (tube?). Functional, but not really a hair dryer.
We absolutely love this hotel and the people who run it! The view was amazing, accommodations were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. This little town is so lovely with such wonderful people.
Beautiful view, great breakfast, helpful staff
We loved this location in town with a terrace overlooking the valley and easy walking within this stunningly beautiful little town. We had two adjoining rooms all very comfortable. They allowed us early check in and staff were very hospitable. Very nice breakfast buffet that was very appreciated.
Charming hotel in Spello, with outstanding views over the valley. Very friendly staff, most probably family owned and run.
Beautiful views with a easy access to the local merchants and restaurants
The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was amazing!
What a lovely place to stay near! Such a nice welcome from Giada. My room had a view right across the valley to the hills and I woke in the morning to hear the birds singing outside my window. Breakfast was fine. In the summer it is taken on the terrace. Lots of information available about the pretty town of Spello. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The attention and care when I was late. Keeping in contact ever since I booked. Making sure parking, directions were understood
The location was great. Very central. The receptionist was very helpful; showed us how to get to the free parking nearby and recommended some restaurants for dinner. We had a great view from our bedroom window and we enjoyed relaxing and catching the view of the valley, with a drink on the terrace on the main floor. We had left our window open for cooling off the room and discovered mosquitoes buzzing around us in the night. Not a great sleep!
The breakfast was a bit skimpy. The fruit was pretty much gone and the cheese and meat was pretty well picked over when we went down at 8:45.
Everything was great! Check-in staff person extra helpful to us, getting us situated in our room and carrying bags. Location next to Basilica di Sant'Appolinaire and easy walk to Museo della Città is great. We were so tired from driving so went downstairs to eat and had "the best pizza of the trip" according to my food snob husband. Quiet and relaxing. Returned after a day in Ravenna to an immaculately cleaned room.
Views from the balcony and our room were great. Staff was very helpful and breakfasts were good. Good location and the restaurant recommendations perfect
The staff was very nice friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
Nothing we did, not like. Everything was very good

Beautiful property in an excellent location. The outstanding aspect was the staff - Giana contacted us prior to arrival to assist with finding the property and was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and out room was huge, quiet and very comfortable.
