Location. Pleasant and helpful staff . Nice spa.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mosaic in Spello! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area out front to relax. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed an amazing massage during my stay. The team even arranged dinner reservations for me at Il Postiglione, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, even though we arrived late at night, they welcomed us warmly and made the late check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great, fresh, tasty, and with a good variety to choose from. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely come back again!

I had booked an apartment with access to the garden. I received another with no garden and the quality was not good. I am disappointed ☹️

Beautiful gardens and pool, room was basic but met all needs

Toilet was very close to the shower ( basically inside the shower )

The spa area was amazing, the staff was very attentive and i could charge my bike without issues.

Good location, air conditioner worked well & swimming pool was lovely. Comfortable room.

Location is a short walk to the centre which was well worth it in the summer heat because of the pool! The pool is big and well kept.

I enjoyed my stay there. Location was great and staff were very friendly.

It´s a very special and beautiful location. The staff were nice.

We asked for twin beds and were offered a double bed aand a sofa. We didn´t accept and were offered 2 different rooms paying an extra of 60 eures for each room. Although the place was nice, we noticed that the hotel needs some remodelling. In my cousin´s room the curtains fell down and weren´t reinstalled.

Fabulous location just a short walk from spello centre. Very friendly welcome by the lovely lady host on reception. I used the pool which was cold but lovely to relax by after lots of days driving. Didn’t pay the extra for the spa, maybe if I stayed more than one night. Great breakfast, accommodating for dairy free dietary req :)

Charming and relaxing spa in a beautiful village. Staff member Francesca also provided local knowledge on what to see around Umbria province to fully appreciate the beauty of Italian countryside.

I feel like everything needs a makeover, the room and the pool area needs a good cleaning.My expectations were higher than live experience.Did not feel like I was staying at "a villa and spa"

Cute little series of rooms only about a ten minute walk from the gates of the old town. Very good breakfast and just the loveliest staff. Also great value for money.

Wanted one night close to centre for L’Infiorata (flower festival) so used room only to sleep. Very central, a wonderful town we have visited before and only 30 minutes from airport

Never have we experienced such a badly planned bathroom that borders with physical danger to the guest.It is also impossible to use the toilet after a shower without walking through waterThe towels provided were sheets not towels!

A very quaint and quiet motel type stay with some genuine spa features, and a fabulous swimming pool in as Italian countryside setting. Our hostess Ms Azzurra was most accommodating and an absolute delight!AND we were greeted by the hotel is mascot Romeo… Who was just purrrfect

The room was a little too minimalistic for such a classical medieval town, but who stays in their room all day with so much to explore?
