Smiling face of reception was exceptional.Spacy room, sufficient breakfast.

Restaurant was closed permanently.

Easy access, clean and friendly staff. Great value also. Spa was very relaxing too!

Spa doesn't work. sauna for adults only

The spa doesn't work. Only sauna is available, but it is not allowed to go to the sauna with children. We have cancelled the stay as nothing to do with children there

Nice retro atmosphere and peaceful stay. The hotel has a charming old-school feel, with spacious rooms and a calm environment. Friendly staff and a comfortable place to relax away from the city center.

Excellent breakfast and very comfortable beds. Large rooms. Helpful staff.

Arrived early but room was ready and happy for us to go in. Fridge and kettle in bedroom. Massive comfy bed. Exceptionally clean, large bathroom and good location with free parking.

We got a very good price and the location works for us, near a petrol station, huge free car park and 15 minutes into centre of town

Be careful with the windows! We were on floor eight and they open very wide.

Breakfast was better than the overall quality of the hotel.

If someone lived in a country behind the "iron curtain" like us, would certainly understand my statement: this is a "socreal" (socialist realistic) hotel, with no emotion.The wall was dirty in the room.

Room was very clean and comfy. Lovely view across the town. Pool area was clean, sunbeds and towels available to relax in the sunshine. Plenty of parking outside the hotel but also a garage available. Buffet evening meal was fine and breakfast was good.

It was a little way out of the town so stayed in the hotel to eat. Maybe an off night but we were the only two people in the buffet restaurant so no atmosphere.

Quiet rooms, ample parking , good swimming pool. Good breakfast,

On this occasion the blow dryer had some hairs which wasn’t mine.. I’m bald.. also the shower room has mouldy seals .. a shame as it’s beautiful, spacious and modern.. perhaps a quick fix from the maintenance team!

Being a regular stayer at this hotel, I appreciate its cleanliness, friendly and procedural staff, spacious and modern all around.

On this occasion strangely my specific room headboard power supplies have stopped working, whilst the lights where all powered, which cause the inconvenience to use a diff plug to charge my appliances overnight, further to report this to the reception team they deal with it in accordance and rest assured if would not be resolved id be offered to move to another room without hesitation, well done for the team professionalism

Pretty and clean. They had electric bikes that I could use. And they had sauna. Breakfast was good and with plenty of options to choose from.

The spa was weird. Usually you build sauna next to the showers, but here they were in completely different places. Also the staff wasn’t always in the reception and I could not tell where to find them when I needed to ask something.

The size of the room and the bed. The comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Having a desk, which is excellent for business travellers. The very complete and fresh breakfast. Having a garage is excellent for me when I'm on business, but there is lots of parking area in the outside. Although it's not in the historic centre of Bragança, it's very close and very accessible from the highway.

Unfortunately they don't have a restaurant or even a snack bar inside the hotel. That would be very nice.

Pleasant enough, coffee, tea, kettle in room. Facility of Sunset Bar, the restaurant, was not currently open. Did not know beforehand so had to leave and find a dining place. Fortunately they did have parking on site.

Not being able to eat where we chose to stay as one of the reasons for selecting this hotel.

- A small TV in relation to the size of the room (more an observation than a dislike)- The budget toilet paper

The hotel is really well located for visiting the citadel and museums. In addition the hotel is very close to the exit to the motorway and easy to find.Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent being a well stocked buffet.There is ample parking.

Great size rooms for all our group. Breakfast busy, but plenty of choice. Underground parking.

Two more coffee machines necessary at busy times. You could easily fall out of a window. We were on the sixth floor and I wouldn’t open it if I had children staying, a lot of peril.

Good for overnight stay.Outside parking and easy to get to from main road.

No restaurant and a long walk to the centre where parking is not easy to find
