I did like higenic of building

I don't like the reception staff because they didn't show the attitude of welcoming.i don't know about morning staff but night staff was very rude behavior and not accepting person

Everything was clean, tidy, it had everything we could possibly need and the location was perfect.

All good.

Secure underground parking for our motorbikes. Clean modern room.

We booked this hotel as it was our first night in Portugal on our journey south. We liked it so much that we re-booked it on our journey back to Santander. Ease of location, value for money, nice room and lovely bed, and an excellent breakfast as well. A bonus is it has secure bike parking (10 euroes)

Really comfortable bedroom, clean and good design.

Missing inner curtains...cannot get natural light in the bedroom and have privacy since only a glass window and a blackout curtain exists.Insonorization could improve... windows don't have the appropriate insonorization, and hotel is next to a large traffic avenue.

Very good value - room was no frills but modern clean and had everything you need for an overnight stay.

Didn't like that Breakfast was €8 each and not included in the stay.

Staff attitude; cleanliness

Scarcity of municipal transport. I had to mostly call a taxi.

We selected the Ibis as it had secure underground parking for our bikes. Very friendly and efficient staff at the front desk. Great access from car park to our rooms. Important when you have to carry luggage! Lobby area was very bright, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, bread and pastries. Coffee was superb. Check out experiance warm also. Would stay again.

Not much negative to say about the stay. You pay for what you get so the rooms are smaller than normal and lacking in character but, it is an Ibis! It does what it says. The staff were what made the hotel. They did a great job.

Breakfast could have a little bit more variety

The hotel is in very good shape and in a decent location, if you have a car. The bed was comfortable.

Parking at the hotel is too expensive for such a location. The dirt parking lot across from the hotel is a good, free parking option IF it's not raining. Also, I tried to call the front desk from the in-room phone, following the phone instructions, but the calls did not go through.The shower water pressure it VERY weak.

The accommodation and the location were very satisfactory and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The cost of onsite parking at €10/night but fortunately there is plenty free parking nearby

Easy access, somewhat friendly staff, free parking walking distance.

Could do with a kettle for teas or coffee at the rooms as most hotels provide, slightly surprised not to have find this or a bottle of water.

Hotel's staff was frinedly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast. Good location outside the downtown that is a short walk to the old center.

A bit noisy in the hallway at night.

Stop over hotel on the way back to Madrid from Porto. Good enough. Nice staff but a little inattentive. Breakfast ok . Neighbourhood out of the way. Only two places to eat nearby. Perfectly fine for a stop over after a long drive.

Rooms felt a bit sparse, but then again, we had just come from Porto with a good location and nightlife as well as a slightly more expensive hotel.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It's only €9 but I'd avoid the eggs.
