They have like a zoo park. Loved it.

To breakfast I had to go through outside and it rained. The rest was great

Spacious rooms, nice sitting area in front of the room in the evening when kids are sleeping. Warm water whirlpool & the animals were an absolutely great way to relax and entertain the family. We travelled mid October, hence we had some cloudy days on which we couldn't use the cold water pool that often, so the warm water whirlpool was fantastic. Also table tennis outside & lots of space to run for the kids was a big plus. Finally, fantastic location to discover Pula & beaches in the area by car!

There are a few points that we did not enjoy that much:1) Breakfast is fantastic as long as you only stay a few days, there are few options between sweet and English breakfast (eggs & every second day sausage) but after 4-5 days we were a little fed up as there was no variety. 2) The restaurant close by is okay but not greatest food & service.3) The staff was friendly & kind doing what is necessary, providing the keys etc even though not super customer focused.4) WiFi was only available at the communal areas!5) The place could monetize on their communal area serving drinks inside or outside in the evening post dinner. 6) It should be more clear on the booking.com website that the wellness centre is a seperate service from the hotel, so there is an extra charge of 30 Euro p.p. and for 90 minutes depending on the deal one books I guess- no kids allowed.

Great amenities,spacious rooms/bathrooms. Clean facilities. Staff friendly and hospitable. Wide variety of choice for breakfast.

- Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds - lots of nature and animals - Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good working AC- Great pool area and jacuzzi. Lots of lounging areas- Great location close to Pula and lovely beaches- Happy staff who are so welcoming and clearly love their job!

- We felt the restaurants were not very good, the food was less than average. Very disappointing.- There is a caged parrot in the pool area and the cage is too small :-(- It would be good to have a small playground, and a small shop? Ice creams would be a good option during the day- Breakfast wasn’t always replenished - they often ran out of fruit before 9:30

The pool area was very nice with plenty of deckchairs. The breakfast had a fairly big selection of tasty treats. The rooms were nice and cool and cleaned regularly.

Lots of hidden extras. The spa isn’t included in your stay. The wifi only really works in the communal areas. Lunch and dinner times and preordering were quite strict.The shower took quite a while to get warm.

No wifi in the bedroom. Large seated smoking area near the bar. Food choice for lunch was poor.

We liked very much the property...it's huge and beautiful! The food at the restaurant was amazing! The ladies who cooks are awesome! They cooks traditional sarda cuisine! All staff are great!

The room was very nice , the location is great if you have a car. If you want a calm atmosphere, this is a nice place to stay.

The place blends sofistication and coziness.Their breakfast is also excellent, with many options available on the buffet.Cherry on the cake : As we went in May, the flowers from their gardens were all blossoming and their scent was all over the place. Never seen that before in a "3-star" hotel.If I ever return to South Sardinia, I know I am staying there for at least two days to relax.

Very small detail : The place is so quiet during the night that the noise from the mini fridge in our room was disturbing our sleep. That can be easily solved, however.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. He gave us his phone charger for a few days which was a life saver. We had access to the spa which was an amazing experience my teenager love it.

The breakfast was pleasant but fresh coffee would definitely make it better.
