Great beach; great breakfast; friendly staff

Room was a little small. It was fine though.

Nice big rooms, pretty property in a secluded location.

The beach is not as advertised. It is very small and not atttactive. The breakfast is ok, maybe above average. There is a mechanical gate and I had to keep getting out of the car to press the button to get the front desk’s attention. There should be a way you can just have the gate open from your car. Like a press pad in a more convenient place.

Well presented hotel with direct access to pretty beach. Well situated for exploring Pula, Nora and nearby beaches. Comfortable accommodation.

Staff attentiveness could improve e.g. limited menu for children, had to ask for cutlery & seasoning, coffee served cold, buffet breakfast slow to be replenished, no explanation of what could be ordered from kitchen. Hotel manager dined for all meals with the guests.

Nice Hotel, attentive staff, great restaurant, restaurant caters well for kids. Good location for nearby restaurants and bars. Beach front hotel - lovely views and quiet. Pula square is a 35 min walk, 10min drive/taxi (15 euros one way taxi or 90 euros/day to hire a car). Nora archaeological park is a 15min walk along the beach.

Pools were v cold.

Staff, grounds, beach restaurant and facilities were excellent.

Breakfast needs some help, especially the hot food items that were only served once during the meal - when they’re gone they’re gone.

Very nice hotel with all its facilities. Beautiful garden and swimmingpools.

Most of the staff we're a littlebit uninterested (or maybe tired from the long summer season). Only the young guy and the bar, lady from the breakfast and nightmanager we're very kind. A training in Hospitality could definitly help.

The hotel was beautiful, fantastic gardens. Gorgeous pools. The restaurant was really nice in a great location overlooking the sea and the food was really well prepared and presented.

Our room, 114 felt a little bit cramped. It was quite a commute if you wanted to go out of the hotel for something to eat or drink, 30 minutes by foot.

The restaurant at the beach is expensive but not as great as the price indicated. It is ok/good.The location is very quiet but same time far off from sardinias places to be.

A really beautiful hotel, the gardens and pools are stunning and the beach restaurant is fantastic! Staff were lovely and incredibly welcoming. Close to the amazing Nora ruins and right on the beach. Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms.

The rooms were a bit too small, we felt it was a little too expensive for such a small room but this was a minor point.

Beautiful small hotel with stunning ground and 2 pools with lots of sun beds. Felt very personal, , restaurant was delightful overlooking the beach with good choice of food. Tristan at the beach bar was so lovely and deserves a special mention.

Rooms are quite small but big bathrooms ..would be nice to have the indoor bar open a bit longer in the evening.

Everything - the setting, styling, gardens, pools, restaurant overlooking the sea, food, helpful staff - perfect for a week of relaxation

it was tricky sometimes getting enough drinking water as the bar only sold small bottles (restaurant had large but not always open) and we only had 2 small bottles in the mini fridge each day. it would have been handy if the reception had a fridge with big bottles to buy or even better water dispensers to refill water bottles to reduce packaging.

Stunning little hotel with beautiful gardens, gorgeous pools and a beach side restaurant. The location is perfect for Calgiari Airport and to walk into Pula for the restaurants and bars or to Nora for the archaeological site. Generous buffet breakfast by the pool. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

breakfast tea and coffee sachets in the room would have been preferable to fruit tea. The shrubs around our patio need pruning (it was a bit like being in the jungle!)The bar prices were over inflated (so we opted to drink at the lovely wine bar, Chari bistro, in Pula).A little information about the services at the hotel and about the local area could have been provided. Perhaps a booklet in the rooms or at reception?

Gorgeous hotel and super relaxing. Small enough where it doesn’t feel like a big resort but the facilities are upscale.

It felt a bit short staffed - it was hard to order food and drink at times because certain bars were closed or staff was somewhere else.

Amazing swimming pools and private beach area

Nothing really around the hotel. Pula is about a 30 mins walk away which has the nearest shops and restaurants

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! Really friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and super clean. The perfect place to wind down and relax.

It would be great if the bikes were complementary/less than 10 euros a day. Cycling into Pula from the hotel is really easy.

Room was clean and designed nicely. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The pool areas were kept clean and there were lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy a drink. The onsite restaurant had good food with fresh seafood as well.

The resort does have a beach but it isn’t the nicest. I was hoping to see the clear waters of Sardinia that you see in pictures but the beach was rocky with a lot of sea plants floating around. Also, most of the rooms do not have a sea view option. But otherwise, everything else was magical.

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff were amazing, no detail was too small. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, my favourite was the tuna special followed by the best pavlova.

The hotel has a special vibe, it is surrounded by plants,It has a small fish pond and it looks like you are somewhere in the tropics. The garden is amazing. The pools are clean and spacious and so is the bedroom. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we liked that everything was fresh. And you don’t have to bring beach towels or flip flops, they are waiting for you in the room, unless you are a child. Anyway would recommend the hotel

The pool is not heated. The minibar is lacking beverages and the pool bar has really high prices; one small draft beer costs 8€. The hotel should work on family orientation; no bathrobe for children, no flip flops, no additional amenities and even the beach towel was not waiting in the room, but was provided on request.

The grounds

Totally overpriced in high summer. Tiny rooms, poor food and awful air conditioning. A sweet 3 star hotel but prices weee of a 5 star!
