Close to the beach, having free bikes, nice breakfast, nice pool, and friendly staff.

Extra charge for changing pool/beach towels, shower stall did not have any area to place shampoo, soap, etc., hard to move luggage on stone surface in the parking lot.

Location was good as close to the beach and relatively quiet. We wanted to have a relaxing getaway to recharge and it certainly offered that. The staff were pleasant and helpful too. The hotel was clean and well looked after inside. Outside was a little dusty.. but the dryness of the area would be the reason for that.

The breakfast could've been a bit better in our opinion. It was a typical type of continental breakfast but a bit more variety or options could make the experience better. The scrambled eggs seemed like they were made from powdered sachets and there wasn't much else in terms of a "fried" breakfast available other than some sausage in onion pieces. The pastries and cakes seemed like they were a little stale or simply reused each day after they weren't consumed but overall it was sufficient for a meal.. just was expecting a little more for a breakfast.. We had booked one of the hot tub rooms at the front of the hotel. While it does offer some privacy with some shrubs but it only helps when there's leaves on them. The divider between the 2 balconies could be improved as we had a "lively" group of 4 people next door on the one night making any relaxation in the hot tub not really feasible.. but thankfully it was just the one night.

The decor was modern and the staff were welcoming. The bikes were an amazing addition.

- the pool and the pool area are extremely unkempt- the breakfast room is impersonal and very sparsely furnished

Besides the water that they offered in the beginning and the somewhat kind personal, nothing else.

After reserving they called me trying to sell the most expensive suite. We have booked a room with separate beds and jacuzzi. Should have been relaxing. It turned out to be a nightmare : no separate beds and not working jacuzzi. After trying again to sell the most expensive suite, I've pointed out the illogical situation and services that they offered. When telling them that we wanted to leave, they finally offered the suite, however it was already 23.00, and the situation got really bad. We left. Luckily we had some friends and could join their Airbnb. Booking.com didn't really care. Lesson: if things turn bad, you're on your own.Your better off with lower end hotels. And forget about Booking.com Customer service...

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The staff's sympathy and empathy truly stood out, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every area well-maintained and spotless, creating a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere. The location was also ideal.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stay where attention to detail and guest care are a priority.

Nice new rooms, but the rooms are quite small. Close enough to main beaches.

No proper entry or reception or lobby area. No real communal space or main pool. There is a small main pool but it looked like it was being repaired and is badly maintained. Private pools shared between three rooms, too small to swim in and not very clean. The cost of the hotel per night is not commensurate with the experience.

Wonderful staff, amazing location, great beaches a walk a way and or easy to reach by car or boat, and nice small town nearby

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were all brilliant, very helpful and courteous.

REALLY SAAD LOOKING POOL AREA WITH ARTIFICIAL TURF SURROUND , NO SIGNS TO RECEPTION , POOR BREAKFAST CHOICES , NO IRON IN ROOM YOU NEED TO PAY TO GET CLOTHES IRONED, NO RESTAURANT ON SITE , JUST DOES NOT HAVE A NORMAL HOTEL FEEL,, NO STAFF AROUND EXCEPT AT RECEPTION.. DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 103 WHICH WE GOT RIGHT NEXT TO THE BREAKFAST ROOM . SO NOISY IN THE MORNINGON THE WHOLE PAY A BIT MORE THAN THE £250 PER NIGHT WE PAID AND GO TO A MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTEL

Cleanliness, style, privacy

Beautiful little hotel with lovely staff. Our room was airy with a balcony that overlooked the pool (which was a great surprise!) and countryside beyond. We enjoyed drinks brought to us poolside. Huge freestanding bath and separate shower room. Variety of breakfasts. Free bike loan to explore the area. All in all, VERY impressed

The staff was incredible! We were very impressed by how kind and accommodating they were. The hotel overall is pretty and at a nice location. Cycling distance from Pula. The room was spacious and clean.

The view from the room was not very nice as it was overlooking the neighbouring property. The fake grass on the exterior space was a bit of an unwelcome surprise for us. Limited breakfast options.

Staff were very helpful, accommodation was very clean and the rooms were of a good size. Only recommendation for people staying is to have a car as there is a lot more to explore in the area.

The hotel and its staff were just fantastic. We were upgraded from our standard room to a premium (room with a pool) for free. The staff there was extremely nice and helpful (hello to the young lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately forgot). They sent us a list of nearby restaurants and beaches and even provided bicycles to get there! We spent just 3 days there but I can imagine being there A LOT more.

Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning. Staff were always incredibly helpful and polite, there was always someone available and willing to help at the front desk. The rooms were also exceptionally clean!

Not entirely the hotel's fault, but during breakfast there were occasionally a lot of wasps, which can be problematic if you are allergic. It would have been nice if indoor dining areas were available or if the main dining area had some bug screens to prevent this.
