- The room was spotless, and the property is incredible for spending several days. The breakfast was spectacular — you can enjoy it right by the infinity pool with a great variety of options. The beach club is a wonderful spot to have a drink at the bar and watch the sunset.
- Crisp, clean, and a cute cat at a very good breakfast in a scenic restaurant. The room was comfortable and chic.
- Really lovely resort hotel, tucked into the hills above Pula in beautiful natural surroundings, just a few minutes from the beach. This hotel saved us, as we had booked another hotel nearby but detected bedbugs at it upon arrival and had to leave! We ended up at Is Molas quite late at night, but luckily they were able to accommodate us, even giving us an upgraded room and arranging for toasties at the bar, as we had missed dinner due to all the drama at the other hotel. Truly an oasis for us, very peaceful and it was great to spend the next day just relaxing in the hotel grounds after the travails of the day before!
Cons -
- Check-out is quite early, and the rooms are not very well sound-insulated, so you can hear some noise from neighboring rooms. The sunbeds at the beach club are quite overpriced (around €60) considering the beach has pebbles and is not particularly pleasant for swimming. That said, given there are very few sunbeds and the beach has a very private and peaceful atmosphere, it’s somewhat understandable — just not my kind of beach day.
- The pool couldn’t be enjoyed when we were there. Guests and staff were all pretty stiff, kept to themselves. Common areas were empty although inviting.
- Nothing, it was great!

Nothing, it was great!
The views, the cleanliness, the staff, the restaurant/BF, the pool, everything was brand new and beautiful!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say.
beautiful design, very clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms, great swimming pool with a bar
private beach which needs to be pre-booked
Fantastic Breakfast, with a quiet view on the garden & Pool. Staff amazing and caringBeautiful entranceFree Parking
Only 1 menu and fixed price for evening menu. Amazing choice but maybe enlarge the choice for more comfort.
Everything! The view surrounding the hotel were beautiful. Our room was perfect, spacious, clean and modern and we had the loveliest balcony with two loungers, which after a long day at the beach was perfect for having some down time on. The pool area was beautiful again clean, with big comfortable loungers. We didn’t struggle to find somewhere to relax when we wanted to round the pool area. The restaurant had great dinner options and despite not having a children’s menu they were happy to cater to our little man’s vanilla palette with a tasty tomato pasta. The beach club was also lovely, very peaceful and again fab choice of food for lunch. Staff were helpful, friendly and present with a smile. I could honestly go on with the positives of the Is Molas Resort. We definitely will return to Is Molas Resort. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a peaceful day!
Nothing all perfect!
Rooms were great in terms of design and cleanliness, bfast was good and staff in general was good.
Restaurant is too expensive, simple children plate of penne with butter cost 18eur. Portions of adults were small yet price was expensive. Desserts leave much to be desired and consisted only of fruit or ice cream (also very expensive).Private beach was nice but nothing really spectacular, and had to pay for deck chairs. Expected these to at least be free for hotel guests.Expected a coffee/tea station in room.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area with well-kept, peaceful surroundings close to nature. At night, we even saw deer running through the garden, which was a special experience. The housekeeper assigned to our room was very kind and did a great job – although it's worth noting that even if you hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign, you also need to press the button next to the door to prevent cleaning staff from entering. The electric bike rental is an excellent service, and the reception staff were flexible and helpful. The hotel offers free, secure parking, and there is a shuttle service to the beach several times a day. The beach is about 10 minutes by car – walking takes about an hour and is not really recommended.
The Wi-Fi is practically unusable – the signal is extremely weak and the connection is unstable. We gave up trying to use it in the room, and it only works (barely) at reception, so guests should be prepared as if there were no Wi-Fi at all.Unfortunately, the dining options were very disappointing. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very limited variety – the worst we've experienced so far. The staff is clearly understaffed: items run out quickly and aren’t replaced in time, tables are often not set, and plates are sometimes dirty. We usually look forward to breakfast when staying at a hotel, but in this case we ended up looking for alternatives nearby. We also tried dinner at the hotel on the first evening – unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst meal we had in Sardinia.During the day, there are no proper food options other than the pool bar, which only serves cold dishes of very poor quality. The "Is Molas Beach Club" associated with the hotel is somewhat misleading in name – it doesn’t resemble a real beach club at all, so if that’s what you’re expecting, you might be disappointed. That said, it's still a pleasant place if approached with realistic expectations.
Clean, nice interior design
Disappointing – It Calls Itself a Resort, But Offers No ServiceWhile the interior design is nice and the room was clean, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Not worth what you pay for. There was no proper welcome on arrival – no one showed us to our room, only guidaince was the "walk straight" and the man at reception was distant and impolite. It felt cold and uninviting from the start.Breakfast was just average. If you want to use the beach with umbrealla and sunbeds, it costs an extra €60 – not included in the room rate. There isn’t even a mosquito screen on the balcony doors.Overall, the place feels cold and unwelcoming. It doesn’t give you that “resort” feeling at all. I would never go back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Renovated well, and in line with the pictures. Great pool, great vibe!
A/C is not working well, resulting in very uncomfortable (clammy) nights. Reception staff is unfriendly and non supportive. The hotel beach is ugly and feels dirty. Breakfast is not great, eggs are slimy, bacon is cold, options limited. Diner is expensive and tastes bad; worst meal (by far) we had in 2 weeks on the island. Go to Pula instead
The RoomThe room was spacious and modern, equipped with basic bath and toilet amenities. We stayed on the second floor, which offered direct access to the garden from the balcony. However, it lacked several expected in-room amenities such as coffee/tea-making facilities, slippers, and a flat iron. During our stay (29 June to 1 July), the room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning could not be set below 23.7°C and was not adjustable manually. This issue made daytime rest difficult and was a common concern shared by other guests as well. The HotelIn my opinion, the hotel is not particularly family-friendly for those with toddlers. It is not stroller-accessible, and there are limited facilities or activities catered to young children. The Beach ClubI would hesitate to describe it as a proper beach club. The charge of €30 per sunbed is not justified, especially considering the beach itself was murky and covered in decaying seagrass. Overall, it did not meet expectations.OverallConsidering the price point and the amenities offered, I would not recommend this hotel. There are other properties in the area that offer better value, comfort, and facilities.
As noted above.
Great pool and relaxing, calm general areas. Friendly helpful staff. Overall, a great stay.
AC in room did not go below 23°C, it felt quite warm when trying to sleep. We had a room that had adjoining door (we did not need/use) and could clearly hear next doors conversations and the light from their room came through into ours. Did not disrupt our stay too much but suggest trying to opt out of this type of room for your privacy. Would also highly recommend a car to get to and from the resort.
The deco of the resort, modern and clean. But staffs are in general cold and not too helpful.
It’s not for family hotel, nothing offered for young/ teen travelers. It’s great for elders/ couple retreat.
Beautiful and large resort with very large and spacious rooms. Comfortable, quiet and classy.

It was stunning. The grounds were beautiful and clean. A great place to unwind and just relax. The breakfast was lovely too!
We wish the food options could have been a bit more flexible in terms of lunch and dinner. The place is still fairly new ish but hoping one day they can add in a spa!
Beautiful setting , very comfortable and clean rooms . Modern tasteful decor .enjoyable breakfast
Lack of atmosphere in evening Unsure if the bar inside was ever open?
The facilities were lovely and clean. We only had two days here so didn’t explore everything that was on offer, but the pool was great. It was also a short drive into Pula which is a beautiful town with some great restaurants.
Although the staff were lovely, we were slightly disappointed that we were arriving for our honeymoon and there was no ‘honeymoon treatment’ - something which every other similar hotel we’d stayed on our trip had applied. Facility wise, a gym would’ve been a nice addition!
