    Pros +

    • Staff were friendly & helpful with all my enquiries.Possibly the best pillow I have slept on in many hotel stays.Pools were ample for either exercise or just having a dip.Breakfast had many options.
    • Location, facilities, cleanliness, resort staff!
    • Right at the beach. Beautiful garden.

    Cons -

    • Shower cubicle a bit on the small side & I’m not overly large. Bar lunch menu was reasonable but restricted to between 13:00 to 15:00, would have been nice to having longer hours.Room balcony had pigeon droppings which were not cleaned up, in fact said birds were a pest.
    • Only one thing; no courtesy shower room available, only toilets to change in - would be ideal to have a shower room.
    • Sound-isolation between rooms is non-existent. Far away from the city and restaurants. Very small bathroom.

Very beautiful garden. The beach is fine, clean though not very large, the entrance in the sea is with some stones (not critical) but if you go 50 m left or right, there is a sandy entrance. Free sunbeds (very rare in Italy)! They provide also towels, the first set is free, if you change - 3 euros per towel. Free parking. There are cheap bicycles to rent if you want to go around.Nice swimming pool, however closed for lunch time. The hotel is old but very well maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy. Some of them with a very uncomfortable bathroom and small shower.

    - There is zero isolation. We could hear the toilets flushing of all our neighbors. The birds wake you up at 5. But the worst is the staff… They do not respect any silence, they wake you up at 8 by chatting loudly in front of the rooms and by doing noise with their cleaning stuff, banging and throwing things around. I opened once the door in pyjama to show them that they woke me up, but they do not care at all. They continued their business.- The food. The breakfast is very poor for a 4* hotel, i had a feeling I was in a hostel. You get every day the same : tomatoes, carrots, salad, cucumbers, some fruits (that end up so fast and the replacement is soo loooong, that you never get them), yogurts, boiled eggs and some ham and cheese, pastries. No fried eggs, and 0 varieties. In the evening they pretend to serve you a gastronomical dinner with a choice of dishes from the menu that they change every day. Could be okey, but the food was not at the level. I must admit the fried suckling pig was excellent (they do it every Wednesday).- The staff. Reception is okey, beach also. But the restaurant staff i found horrible. I must though admit they work very hard. But they have 0 consideration when you enter the restaurant. We stand the first day for 10 minutes as there were no tables and also thinking that they place you for breakfast. They passed 15 times in front of us - nothing, no reaction. In all other places if the waiter sees you struggling to get a table they will come to you and help. For the evening you have an assigned table, so it’s okey. Also they don’t explain you how it works in their restaurant, in the beginning we were lost. In all restaurants of the world if they see you just seated, usually they come to ask for drinks / coffee. Here 0 reaction, you have to catch somebody to get something. And it is difficult to catch someone.- We noticed that if you are an Italian or you speak Italian, you are treated much much better.

Beautiful gardens, well maintained and clean. Lovely pool area.

Unwelcoming staff except for reception staff. Location too far from town.

Very relaxing stay at Baia di Nora. Staff were excellent, impeccably clean and great breakfast and dinner. A perfect stay for a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. As a seasoned traveller I can say that it is one of the best resorts I stayed. Highly recommend it.

Great beach, lovely food, helpful staff.

The grounds were nicely kept, full of flowers

Room felt like we were staying in retirement property. Very dated, tiny dingy bathroom, room smelled of old furniture, walls, curtains. The blanket which was put between bed sheets was disgusting. I didn’t sleep all night because of the smell and felt uncomfortable under the covers. Ended up with few bites. Restaurant was dated too, breakfast was below average. The hotel is not worth the money, I expected a more luxury stay.

Beautiful location, beautiful garden, friendly staff , large room and excellent service

Shower was too small for me and the air conditioner was very loud....

Property has a good location, nice pools and grounds are beautiful

This property is a little out dated and needs to be looked at from a F and B perspective. No tea coffee facility in the room so you have go down to the restaurant and try and order something there even if you feel like a cuppa when you wake up and sit outside you can’t because there is no room service either for anything. Dinner is 4 course meal only , if you feel like starter as you can’t consume so much food you can’t you have to leave and go find something else where. When everyone is swimming at the pool the pool bar is closed but opens early evening when people heading to there rooms So many missed opportunities to increase F and B revenue

Amazing location for the beach which is very nice and clean. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel area was clean and well kept.

It was a bit isolated so if you wanted to get some food outside the hotel there were not a lot of options.

    2NataliePosted on: 9-6-2024

    Room clean and reasonable size.

Smoking - if you are a smoker, fill your boots at this place. As a non-smoker you can't sit anywhere without it being wafted in your face, all the time, you can't get away from it!!Sun loungers on beach and pool side way too close together which feels very uncomfortable (especially as a woman).Staff, too slow in restaurant. Nonchalant on reception when I said we were leaving early, just shrugged shoulders.Shop not open when it says it is.No coffee/tea making in room.Room noisy from rooms next door - woken by people flushing toilets in other apartments and can hear people snore in other apartments too.Shower, very small in quite a big bathroom, badly designed.Fan in bathroom very noisy.Meals - you get 1.5hrs to have dinner, that's everyone in the resort.Breakfast - sausages marked as "roasted sausages" but were frankfurters, cut in half, then split cross ways on one end, not appetising at all.We had booked for B&B only, but booked for dinner on first night. Arrived at their restaurant and they said they had no booking for us, they fitted us in, but not what you expect from a hotel of this apparent "level".No net curtain for windows, so you have to shut curtains for privacy.Nothing like it looks in the pictures and we left the hotel early and found another hotel that was much better!!

The location is perfect. Bay is beautiful as well as the gardens at the hotel. Rooms are very clean although a bit dated

It is a bit dated ; it could definitely use some freshening up. The bay is gorgeous but unfortunately no services were offered in the beach in terms of drinks and food. Bar/restaurant super fair priced but also a bit simple and missing the ambiance. Finally, we were expecting to be able to charge by tesla, as was advertised, however the charger was out of order and there was no plan to get this fixed. The alternative suggested was some kilometers away

The pool and beach were fantastic, we really enjoyed popping between both and appreciated reserved beds at the beach.Bed was really comfortable, staff very friendly and everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Sardinian traditional dinner.

Coffee in room would be nice.We happened to go the one week all the Italians also take holiday and so it was full, we tried booking boat yours with the hotel on our first day but they were already full booked for over a week. More watersports offered at the beach would be a nice touch.

    1GregPosted on: 8-19-2024

Pretty much nothing good about the property. Only plus is proximity to the beach.

We didn’t like the property. The staff is incredibly rude- they compel you where to sit at meals, they compel you on which chair you can sit at the beach (I was physically assaulted by the beach boy - actually a grown man- when I wanted to put my towels on another available lounge and wanted to call the police), they tell you to scram if seated by the pool (not in actual pool) after closure (7 pm, sun still blasting!!). The location is such that any event happening anywhere near will keep you up all night. Most rooms don’t have WINDOWS (?!?!) They have glass doors opening to a not particularly remarkable garden. Unless you want every person passing by to stare into your room- you’re in a permanent darkness. The ACs are outdated and moldy, we were coughing all night. But the worst is the staff - mean, condescending and nasty. Just stay away— this place is a a pit of hell! We left after one night!!!! Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!

Private beach, beautiful gardens & nice rooms. Location good. Lunch menu was nice.

The restaurant buffet & dinner menu were disappointing. Food on menu below average for price. The rooms did not provide kettle, tea & coffee.

    7GuyPosted on: 8-12-2024

    location was top!

The catering service is not good at all . From 3 pm till dinner time there is nothing to eat at all . not even a vending machine.

    9HanaPosted on: 8-3-2024

The property was beautiful had its own private beach which was fantastic and convenient! Towels were also provided which was a plus! The garden and the hotel complex itself was gorgeous and looked right out of a Slim Aaron’s shoot! The rooms were cleaned daily and was fantastic! Highly recommend those who are looking to say that have families at is super relaxing and very accomodating for those who have children! Can’t fault it!

Everything. Warm welcome by ALL staff. Very accommodating to our needs and requests. Staff super helpful.

The restaurant dinner itself. NOT the staff, they were excellent. As the resort is out of the way we only found the onsite restaurant the most convenient. The food was terrible. It was mass produced and some dishes I believe were made off site. We forced ourselves to eat the entree and starter but the main was awful (veal leg) so we sent it back. Ironically you had a dress code, which heightened expectations of a high quality meal. Unfortunately it was a major disappointment. Terrible is the only word I can give. We never complain and for me to state what I said, I’m being very honest.

The location, the staff, the dinner options and the hotel facilities.

The bed could be softer. And the breakfast could have more options.
