- Location of the hotel is beautiful, we also liked the room and how clean it was. A bartender responsible for the terrace outside in front of the hotel was excellent, we really liked his attitude. It is a shame that we cannot say that about the rest of the staff :/

- We think that for the hotel of this category it is very important that guests feel welcome and personnel should make them feel like that. Unfortunately we cannot say that in this hotel. We felt like we were not welcome in the restaurant, waiters were in a bad mood, not smiling and basically pissed off that we showed up. Lady at the reception was very upset, we had a feeling that she just wants us to leave her alone. From our point of view, a customer service is very important part for a guest to feel comfortable, please improve it.
