The breakfast

Room is meant for 2 person. For a family of four it becomes very crumpled, better book a suite for a family of four.

We came with a big crowd and there was something for everyone (and all age groups). Kids club was very good

Location was good, near to the beach and a short walk to shops, bars etc. Breakfast was great with choice of cereals, breads, got food, fruit, pastries and yoghurt.

We booked the junior suite so this room had two bedrooms. It was great to have the additional space when travelling with a young child. The room was clean, could do with some updates but wasn’t an issue. The room had a mini fridge as well.

We opted for half board and the food at dinner was particularly poor. The buffet had very limited choice and the selection of dinner foods seemed to be cheap options which in my opinion didn’t make up a full balanced meal. In the fifth night I did ask to speak to a manager and highlighted this to them and I was honest and said I wasn’t going to leave a good review online for this reason. I would rate it as the worst buffet for dinner I had ever experienced. After discussing with the manager it did improve, extra options were included. I really appreciated this but it was disappointing to have to complain in order to get a more decent dinner and I feel this is probably only a short term option until a guest checks out. There was an ice cream cart for dinner but there were ants crawling over the cart. I pointed this out to a waitress who said she would get these removed. However at the next night they were back again and I pointed them out to a waitress who said they couldn’t get rid of them but it was ok as they weren’t in the ice cream. Unacceptable response. Whilst the ants were controlled and removed it only lasted for one night before they were back again. There were also ants around the jacuzzi area as when I was sitting on the side one bit me in the back of the leg.

Fantastic room with a view and huge balcony with sun loungers, really lovely food and excellent service from the restaurant staff and everyone else. Very accommodating. Beautiful area with plenty of trips to the caves of Algarve. Very peaceful.

It's the small things really, nothing that ruined our stay. Some parts of town not very clean but you get that anywhere. Evening entertainment could be a bit better but again we weren't too bothered. Quite an older crowd so our 14 year old was a bit bored but more kids came later on. Lovely pool. Maybe the snack bar could have a few more choices

Optional free parking across the road from the hotel. Good location and comfortable hotel.

Need to wear swimming hats in the indoor pool, so I didn't use it.

the breakfast was ''ok'' A little bit confuse.

They use a plastic protection to protect the mattress and it is not comfortable at all.

Lots of amenities and the staff where very helpful and courteous

Hotel seemed tired, needs an uplift. Also we complained as we could hear banging/slamming of doors from around 5am onwards which kept us awake, we think it’s maybe the kitchen door as the kitchen staff started work early and not their fault but the doors need adjusting so they don’t slam, either way it was very annoying.

Location. Parking. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast coffee could be better. Bathroom towels poor quality.
