Avoid this hotel if you don’t want a bad experience, tasteless food, extremely uncomfortable beds, and terrible service.

We checked into this hotel because it is listed as four stars and had good reviews. From the moment we arrived everything was a disaster and completely ruined our vacation. Spoiler we ran away and never looked back.FoodThe food is disgusting, inedible, and obviously made from the lowest quality ingredients. Every meal was awful, mostly defrosted, tasteless, and left a bad taste in our mouths.Flooded roomThe first room we were given was completely flooded. Whether you took a shower or used the toilet water was everywhere because of extremely old pipes. They wiped the floor once but by evening it was wet again.Old rooms and terrible furnitureThe rooms are old, worn-out, and furnished with broken or outdated furniture. Comfort does not exist here.Dirty poolThe pool is filthy, never cleaned. The photos we attach show how disgusting it is.Sunbed chaosEvery sunbed is reserved with towels and staff does absolutely nothing. I approached the administrator three times asking for a sunbed and only after the third time were they cleared. All sunbeds were free but covered with towels and nobody checked.even there is signs everywhere that “do not book sunbeds by towels, otherwise they will thrive it away. Nothing happened.Renovated room problemsThey moved us to a supposedly renovated room because of the flood and fridge noise. It did not help. The mattress is rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. To open the wardrobe you have to move the nightstand. To charge your phone you have to move the nightstand. The constant loud noise from the toilet flush makes it impossible to sleep.Mold and hygiene issuesThere is mold on the walls in the room. This makes the room unsafe and completely unacceptable.Breakfast disasterAfter another sleepless night we went to breakfast. The food was disgusting again. All sunbeds were still reserved with towels and nobody around to enforce rules. We immediately packed and left.Refund refusalThe hotel refused to refund us.

Recently renovated rooms of high standard and very clean.The food was decent, at a level somewhat below what you should expect from a 4-star hotel.

No water supply in the area for some hours in the afternoon,they knew it was happening every day and didn't tell us anything. They thought it was better for us to find out by ourselves when trying to use the toilet or the shower... The "free of charge" coctails in the all-inclusive bar were undrinkable. The elevator was too small, slow and made a strange noise that made us prefer to use the stairs up to the 4th floor.

Our room was both clean and quiet. After a long drive we certainly wanted the latter and the hotel listened! Being ‘all inclusive’ was a bonus. The food was good and range of drinks adequate. The pool was lovely and well managed with an efficient lifeguard. There were many French people staying during our visit and the entertainment provided was conducted in French. The ‘entertainers’ did the utmost to include us which we greatly appreciated. I’m very pleased we stayed here and would again!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. The pool could be crowded with family groups but that wasn’t an issue - there was a beach across the road!

Well to start I liked the hotel in general everything was tight and as mentioned in the booking and the staff were very very helpful. I loved the pool and how close the hotel to the sea and about the sea over there it was not the best but I enjoyed every second.

I didn't like the fact when I was going out of the pool or the sea and heading to the showers next to them it was full of bees and it was kind of scary to shower peacefully. The court (playing ground) at night was dark and there were not enough lights we couldn't play well. The car parking area is not organized enough I would say and if you install tents for summer time that would be perfect.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach and in a quite location.

Our room had a locked door connecting it to another room. Apparently the two rooms were used to be rented together. We did not mind because it was an on night stay and we didn't spend a lot in the room. But even so it is a little bit uncomfortable because it is much easier to hear and to be heard from your neighbors. We recommend that such interconnected rooms (if there are others in the hotel) are rented to larger groups of visitors and not to two individual pairs of visitors.

Very professional staff, polite, helpful, so great!! Also, the hotel was perfectly clean!! Highly recommended!! We will definitely return!!

No organized excursions, the only way to spend your time is being on the beach
