Bathroom door was as broken and we couldn’t close it, no shower door, dirty rooms. The pool towels we could change every other day so most of the time we had to use dirty and wet towels.

The food was beautiful and delicious. The hygiene at the resort is well maintained. The woman who maintained the room cleaned it every day and brought clean towels and sheets as needed.
The bar on the beach was usually without juices. There was only water and beer to drink. When I was there for two years, they also made cocktails. This year there was no such thing. The manager once approached my wife about taking food from the kitchen in a very rude and impolite manner, even though my wife explained to him that she is diabetic and takes insulin five times a day, so she must have something to eat with her.
We had a wonderful stay at Eretria Riviera Resort. The atmosphere was peaceful, the room very clean and comfortable, the food delicious, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect place for a couple’s holiday — we would gladly come back again!Beautiful Katherine , thank you for your help.
Check out :-p.
We liked the beach, the yard, the shades in the yard and on the beach. Liked the food and the bear ?
Personal was not speaking good english, and no cocktails on the beach bar

The people were nice, the pool was relaxing.
I usually don’t give reviews,l but this time I feel like is worth. The food is not great, the beach is rough, the facilities could improve, the bed was very hard, bathroom very small with bad smell, the elevator barely works. If you come August/September, be prepared to be around a bunch of elderly people who will make your stay more difficult than what it was already is. I could put in a little bit more money and find better place honestly
Just girls on a reception
Everything, the pool are closing at 18:00, and opening at 10, after 23 u can’t take anything in a bar even if you are have all inclusive you have to pay. The food is awful, or rare or to salted or to dry. Bar is awful you can’t buy nothing normal, they don’t have imported alcohol. It was the most awful hotel what I saw. It’s dirty everywhere and even if they cleaning when you ask them still not doing it right. Not recommended at all !!
The beach is right under the hotel which is convenient. Nice place to relax In terms of the price it was a good experience
The rooms could be cleaner There where only 2 small elevators for the whole 7 floor hotelThe stuff started knocking at doors from 9.30 to clean up and one day they woke me up, as when I replied that we are in they insisted on knocking Food was ok for what we payed, little variety though
When we leaved it.
Room Conditions:- Unbearable Odor: The rooms have a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of goats or sheep. It seems to be coming from the walls.- Dirty Bathroom: We found shaving hairs in the sink of one of the rooms, indicating poor cleaning standards.- Unhygienic Bed: Before going to bed, we discovered black hair on the sheets, which was extremely off-putting.- Foul Towels: The towels had a terrible odor, and one of them even had an unknown brown stain that we would rather not identify.- Creaky and Uncomfortable Beds: The beds are not only noisy but also uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.- Faulty Showerhead: The showerhead in the bathroom keeps falling off, and the holder spins around, making it difficult to shower.- Broken Nightstands: The nightstands are falling apart, barely holding together.- Stuck Doors: The doors are difficult to open and close, making it a struggle to enter or exit, particularly in the bathroom.Dining Experience:- Low-Quality Food: The food served is comparable to a 1990s school canteen, far from what one would expect at a 4-star hotel.- Stale Pastries: The pastries were not fresh, which was disappointing at breakfast.- Greasy and Sugary Food: Nearly every dish was either soaked in oil or drowning in sugary syrup.- Dirty Dishes: The plates provided were not clean, which is unacceptable.- Limited Dietary Options: There were no vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free options available.- Poor Beverage Selection: The drinks offered were awful, with no juice options—only overly sugary concoctions.- Misleading All-Inclusive: The so-called "all-inclusive" package is actually just full board with very limited offerings.- Food Quality vs. Photos: The quantity and quality of the food were nowhere near what was advertised in the photos.Facilities and Amenities:- Misleading Pool Access: The pool is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM according to the signs, but it was closed at 6:00 PM.
I liked the beach and the spacious room. The buffet was really good!!
It was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds. The basketball and the kids playground need to be fixed . This is about safety. And please delete the choice of having babysitting. Over all it was really nice and the staff was really helpful.
The rooms were ok. Nice big shower. Friendly staff.
No air conditioning in the lobby downstairs. The drains smelt in the rooms , sometimes not always. Could’ve been a bit cleaner. Some channels were not catered for English. The all inclusive buffet was not great and the free drinks were awful.
I really didn’t like the property at all as I had a very poor experience
It was an all inclusive stay and the food wasn’t tasty or had any good quality, most of the time I end up eating outside, specially with my daughter as I was worried for her health as I mentioned the quality was very poor. The room wasn’t well maintained and the mattress was like you were sleeping at the floor. There was an extra charge for drinks after 11 even though was an all inclusive deal and there was an extra charge for bottled water and iced coffee. Overcrowded and only a few available sun beds. The lift was not working most of the time and was very tiny space and most of the time we had to take the stairs even though was at the 7th floor
The stuff was polite.
The WI-FI was NOT working ANYWHERE The food - except of the breakfast that it was let’s say good - was awful. You didn’t have choices for you to choose. Even the most pasta that is easy to make was over boiled and sticky. You didn’t even have choices for meat. Also, the food was not enough for such a big hotel. Even the bread was not fresh. They didn’t clean enough the restaurant area. The drinks and the cocktails had a strange taste. The ice-cream was like sugar with color. Be careful if you want to go to the pool and have a deck chair you have to wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning to put your towel on. Also, there are only to elevators with capacity only for 2 people each - for a hotel WITH 7 FLOORS and 30 room each.
The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The animation activities provided were enjoyable and added a lot of fun to our stay.
The elevator was too small and often not functioning, which was quite inconvenient, especially during peak times. The common toilet facilities were disappointing; they were too smelly and not maintained clean, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
The staff are exceptional especially Maria at the reception desk (afternoon -night shift) she's fantastic! In general all the stuff is wonderful pleasant and helpful. The food is great and there is a variety. The money you pay is more than worth it it's nice to just sit back relax and not worry about anything. I strongly suggest you booking this wonderful place.
At 1 point there was a bad smell from the sewage, but it didn't last long. Otherwise there's nothing bad to say.
Food and hospitality
Short swiming pool working time, lack of sunbeds, everything else was ok
nice rooms at least the renovated ones, sea side view, 1,5 hour from Athens, beach in front of hotel
no la crate menu, no snacks at all unless half board or full board. limited facilities to sit ie enjoy a night drink or a night in hotel. crowded in the morning
