Pros +
- Stunning view from the terrace, lovely sauna and pool, very clean rooms.
- Location was great as it is near numerous trails and there is a bus stop directly across the stop. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our children's food preferences. It was nice having an indoor pool though it is in the second building so you have to walk outside in the rain/sun/cold to access the pool and the spa. Additional outside activities included a small trampoline, mini soccer goal, basic driving range and outdoor ping pong table. Having dinner on site each night was wonderful because we did not have to drive into town.
- Fantastic location close to hiking trails and scenic views from our deck. Food was good. Half-board dinner options were varied and interesting. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- Everything was perfect
- Flies in the restaurant and along the buffet line were frustrating. After speaking with the manager, the hotel took more measures to prevent flies coming inside the room.
- The 2 bedroom suite did not have much of a seating area that could accommodate three of us comfortably when we were watching TV. Some of the chairs were wobbly.

Beautiful! Location is amazing. Probably breakfast with one of the best views ever, and dinner. Staff is great! You are right on a hiking or MTB trails a moment you step out of the hotel.

hotel was lovely staff was friendly sauna was outstanding food was amazing extremely clean
the location was not what we had expected, from reading the location before booking it sounded as if hotel was close to tre cime or walking distance but it was in fact 1 hour 15 minutes drive away .the other problem was we did not sleep much during our stay beds were comfortable but walls very thin between rooms every time someone went to bathroom we could hear everything from the room to the front and the room above us was even worse
Very nice located place with beautifull view, cosy bar and restaurant, dog friendly hotel, comfortable big bed
Sauna was till 19- at 18:40 lady who works there said it's cleaned and closed, swimming pool needs cleanig or renovation
The welcome on reception, the friendliness of the waitress & the quality of the food.
Staff in the spa were a bit grumpy
Great set up for a family of four. Located on several trail heads. Sauna and pool were great for the kids. Indoor pool was good but not great…again, not bad but not huge (for a kid that wants to jump and splash and parents that don’t want to disrupt others). Food was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Overall, I recommend for anyone.
Price for food was high.
Beautiful location and hotel,
Maybe old furniture, dinner too sauces
The location, the food, the facilities are great
The opening time of the wellness -8am is a bit late.
Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were cheerful & welcoming. Nice view from the room & balcony.
Table d'hote dinner was adequate but unexciting. Service was brusque. Location was spectacular but some way from the nearest village.
Nice modern rooms, gorgeous views, amazing breakfast buffet and super kind waitstaff
Check in was a little confusing with how dinner would work, where/how to access our room. Hot tub was not really hot. Also it’s a bit far from town so not able to walk to shops or restaurants.
Hotel is a hidden gem. Very nice secluded location on the pass right before Sesto, sorounded with mountains, very romantic and very scernic.Hotel is a very good four star hotel, very clean, trooms are comfortable, bathrooms are big, bright and very clean. There is quite big wellness wuith a beautiful pool, jaccuzzi and different saunas.Breakfast is superb and dinner beyond everything. And they have very good and professional staff. We will definitely come again, we just hope, they will have the same chef also next year:-)
Everything was just perfect.
Beautiful setting, very nice building and room, fantastic pool, spa and sauna, delicious dinner, and wonderful trails all around
This was our first stop on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better! The food, service and rooms were wonderful and the location is stunning. Thank you for a great start to our holiday.
Location is excellent for the eastern part of the Dolomites, Via Ferrata “Arzalpenturm” is very easy to reach as well as beautiful hiking routes. The Breakfast is very rich and good.
The paint on the Wall of our room was on some places gone and the interior was very old fashioned. I had the feeling this Hotel was nice in the 80s and 90s but now the facilities are outdated and the price for this is way too high compared to other hotels in South Tyrol. For 140€ /Night you can get state of the Art 4* and even 4* Superior Hotels in some valleys in South Tyrolthe location is very close to the mountains but still, it is located 6km outside of Sexten in the middle of nowhere. Spa area is also outdated (probably 80s/90s)The Service was very slow and inattentive. in the morning and evening we waited 5-10 Minutes until we couldorder coffee and drinks respectively. On our first Day we got the menu card for the previous day, after that we got it in Italian, the third menu card was then in German and for the correct day. The Dinner was good but very heavy. The composition of starter / main and dessert wasn’t very creative and consisted of traditional and easy dishes. All in all the mentioned things wouldn’t be something I would criticize in a hotel priced @ 80-100€ per night but for 140€ / Night and per Person I would expect a little bit more in terms of services, room and facilities.
Mattresses need update
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
