Miserable

Room had mold and shower wand was completely broken. Neither facility nor Booking.com was able to reimburse us for the stay.

- good spa and saunas- good food- good pools- sign in bonuses are nice

- poor bed- additional charge for water at dinner, and the water is not bottled, the same water is free at breakfasts- mini bar is not cooling, and the stuff could not fix that- the price 6% higher for top genius level than for beginners, be careful and check price from new booking accounts, stuff could solve price issue

Dont know where to start. Dont want to be too negative, but if you have to choose, dont go to this hotel..really bad diner, staff in the restaurant only there too move around and to joke around, but not to work. ( EDI from kitchen, need to learn some behaving ).No parking space, need to park 5min away. A lot of people was also arguing and saying negativ things, soo i am not surprised. I think this hotel have a really Bad Management, and really Bad F&B.

Food (breakfast and dinner) were not good, below every standard. Room had some issues with lighting, some lights were turning off and on by itself constantly, also some of tv programs would lock up and require a pin (regular national tv programs). TV was small, old and positioned in the corner of the room on the table, not in front of the bed.

Gaming room and cinema for kids. Wine and beer included in price of dinner. Earlier check-in possible. Kindness of front desk. Very nice beach about 10 minutes of walk from the hotel but very crowdy. Icecream during dinner, very appreciated by kidsA lot of choices during breakfast and dinner. Good location for night life on the coast. No party, but nice promenade. Jacuzzi hot tub next to the indoor pool.

Outdoor pools are not in the hotel but in location of another hotel. Experience with parking was horrible. I am willing to pay for parking, but i need reserved space for parking and not to go around and wait if some parking space will be released. Dinner should be 18-21, not just 19-21. 19 is too late for kids and the place is very crowdy during just 2 hours for whole hotel. Sometimes you have too wait outside because there is no table available. And there was some weird mexican music during dinner, but just once. Take away of empty plates tooked too long time. Do not use those paper towels under plates. They are melting down and it is disgusting. No fresh orange juice, just sparkling orange. Not a good view from balcony (park view). Soap wasn’t refilled even after 2 visits from housekeeping. Cleaning lady entered the room when my wife was half naked even when she used “do not disturb” sing on the door handle. That was rude. I would appreciate at least one non-salty water pool. Also there was damaged surface of kids pools even with some wires coming out of the surface. The noise from the hall can be heard in the room very loudly.

The location was very good, we had a view to the sea, which was amazing, I loved the balcony. The room was nice, we got a welcome drink at arrival. There was also a pool next to the sea that we could use which was also great. It wasn't crowded. Wide range for breakfast options.

I didn't like that smoking is allowed in the hotel. There was a motion sensor light in front of the wardrobe which we couldn't turn off, we tried to switch off all the switches but couldn't find which one belonged to that one and it was lighting up in the middle of the night randomly when we moved and had no idea how to turn it off. The hand washing soap was difficult to squeeze out of the box.

Amazing staff. Clean and enough big room. Great wellnes.

I am a disabled person on an electric wheelchair. the hotel sent me additional informations to validate the space for my electric chair. The staff was also able to make small adaptations of the bed for my equipment linked to my disability.

Nice rooms and very friendly staff. Good choice for families with kids, and on a very good location!

Would be good if they could offer more sea food dishes for dinner.

Beautiful view. The room was comfortable. Soft drinks, wine and beer are included in the dinner.

The playroom for children is very neglected. Toys are disorganized, the furniture is falling apart.
