Hotel Eurosol Seia Camelo

Very well located, beautiful, with swimming pool and own parking lot. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and it was included!

Breakfast was fine, abundant and varied. The neighborhood is not pretty, nor interesting. Our room had air conditioning on the wall. When working, it blasts cold air upon our beds.The shower was very good. The room was quite small.

It was a pleasant stay at Camelo. My family and I were given a room upgrade to a family room, which we greatly appreciated. The major advantages for us included the comfortable room and bed, the lovely staff, a delicious breakfast, and the convenient location. The only drawbacks were the dimensions of the toilet (a bit cramped for me) and the size of the pillows (too big for the rest of the family). Overall, we had a great time and would certainly stay again.

- staff were unhelpful and not particularly present. While I was there I saw an older couple struggling with their suitcases and none of the 3 staff at reception bothered to get up and help. Poor form. - the rooms are incredibly old and dated, and the “double bed” is just two singles placed together. - so so so noisy. None of the bedroom doors close properly, so every time someone enters/closes it needs to slam - not great for trying to get a sleep! - the breakfast was not great. Lots of carbs, tasted a bit stale.

Breakfast was excellent, tasty and varied.The town was situated near a beautiful national park and high forested mountains. Excellent for walking. The town has a range of restaurants shops and cafes everything you could need at close walking distance from hotel.

I'm used to having refreshments in the rooms I stay in. Everything else was first rate,and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Serra da Estrela on our motorbike. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. We were able to park our motorbike under cover just outside the main doors.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with a good coffee choice. From the room I could see the Serra de Estrela. The hotel is right in center of the town, easy to walk to shops, bars etc.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wifi in the room not great - but OK in other places. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Good parking. Would definitely stay again.

The room smelled like tobacco

The room and the bed smelled like tobacco, although it was a non-smoking room.

Basically clean, warm, plenty of hot water, breakfast good

Roadworks in town make it difficult to find, this should have been communicated, although not the hotel’s fault. Main complaint is that the Tesla destination chargers did not work, staff totally dis interested and no attempts made to resolve. Better to not advertise a service like this if it doesn’t exist !

Very nice and cozy balcony, beds are comfortable and the pillows are the best I have ever used in my life.Rooms are at a perfect temperature always.Cleaning the room happens supper quickly.

Room is not the cleanest. Don't have proper shower gel. The shower itself throws water all over the place, should get an upgrade. The breakfast does not have much options. The room doesn't have much sound isolation.

The staff was nice and accomodating, too bad they have to work here.

The room was small and the bathrooms need an upgrade since the 70s.The wifi was so slow it's unusable. The pool has no staff so if you have the luck of having a bunch of noisy guests (like we found) forget having any kind of rest.The breakfast had very little diversity (no bacon for the eggs ? ) and people would constantly wait for staff to bring more food.
