Reception/reservation are inflexible and not looking after customer experience. No coffee, tea or drinks in rooms.

The room price was ok but the view was not great. We missed a water kettle.

The SPA

The was very old and extremely small, it didn’t even have a fridge and they didn’t offer a complimentary water !

Very nice hotel, with super food and friendly staff.

You need to connect the Wifi every time new, but honestly the place is to nice to be on your phone or laptop:)

Swimmingpool, Whirlpool, sauna

Great location: not right in the busy centre but a short 5 minute walk away. Super convenient for the train. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful area. Sitting by one of the two outside pools with the mountains all around is a dream! Everything is there for you: bathrobes and towels for the pools, the rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, sofa area, bath and shower and also a balcony. My view was a bit disappointing but the room itself was huge, super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is fab with just everything you could wish for. The Bircher Müsli is so delicious.

My room was on the ground floor between reception and the bar so it got loud in the evening as there is live music in the evenings (not every night) so I didn’t sleep so well. Having a specific table assigned to sit at for breakfast I find a little dated. I would’ve liked to have been able to choose. The breakfast staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Breakfast buffet was correct, not amazing ! For dinner, unfortunately no nice relaxing atmosphere !Location is great, spa & wellness areas are beautiful, outside natural pond unique! And there’s free bike rental ! Nice bar area!

No AC in rooms!Restaurant / breakfast room: absence of cozy relaxing atmosphere.Live music performances at the bar area are pretty poor - please improve !

The room is close to the kitchen and the restaurant. Noise in the morning and evening. I could not sleep in the morning because of the inconvenience in the kitchen and restaurant, and the view of the room is on the restaurant store ?

The hotel is really nice, with a great swimming pool/spa area. everything was really clean and organised. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Specially the receptionists and waiters in bar/restaurants. The room was nice, big and clean. The breakfast was really good, with a huge variety of the food.

There are three things I think the hotel should change:- the water in the swimming pool was little bit cold. I think it should be little bit more warm- the room bar was empty, without even one bottle of water. It would be really nice to have 2-3 bottles of water inside of the room, and maybe also some snacks/drinks to choose from- there wasn’t any welcome kit in the bathroom, just one all-in-one (shampoo + body+hand) wash. I think that in a 4* hotel (and with this room price) there should be at least one welcome kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, body cream, hair conditioner, shower cap…by changing these three things I think that this hotel can be the great one with the vote 10

Lovely hotel, which we have visited quite a few times. We love that it is adults only and especially excellent wellness area. This time we had an older room with no balcony, but it was located in a convenient, yet quiet, part of the hotel. The bathroom decor was dated, but it was clean and well maintained, so not a problem. We did room only this time which worked quite well. One evening we ate in a restaurant in town also owned by the hotel and got a 10% discount.

No real issues. Maybe the temperature in the hotel was a bit warm for me. A balcony would have been nice, but that was the room we had booked.

Food was good. Good choice at the hotel bar.

Unfriendly - demotivated workers. Room size at initial booking. We heard from other couples also trying to change the room. I don't know if the give small/dark rooms in the hope that people pay an upgrade? It's my assumption. We made an upgrade for about 300€.

Everything very clean and new looking, including the spa facilities and the dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The evening meal consisted of 4 courses plus a salad buffet. We had not booked full/half board so the meal was optional at at 54 eur per person. No option to just order a main course and pay less. Well worth walking 10 minutes to the town and eating there.Double bed was somewhat uncomfortable as the mattress was lower at the edge than in the middle.

Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms and restaurant were al little too hot

Check in and out went well, breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, the staff nice and friendly. I liked that the hotel was adults only. There was good free parking opposite the street. The lobby, bar and restaurant were fantastic, as well as the wellness area.

I booked a room via booking.com and the only room avalaible was a standard one. The room we got at the arrival for sure did not meet the standard of a 4 stars hotel and was not worthy the price. It was very small, with one double bed (rather small in size), there was only one hard wooden chair (good rather in a kitchen), so the other person must sit on a bed. There was no fridge in this room, the window was facing the bakshop. In addition the safe in a closet turned out to be broken and the staff couldn't fix it. Than I asked to change this room and happily it turned out possible. The other room was much, much better, no complaint at all (the only bad think was the noisy extractor hood). Big thanks to Barek in the reception desk who had helped us to change the room, otherwise our stay in the hotel wouldn't have been so nice.

The staff were very friendly, the location was good and the outdoor pool was lovely.

The hotel was comfy but it was old and I certainly wouldn't rate it as a 4 star.

Room was good. Sad that there was no drinking water nor caraf to put water in. No statement that water drinkable. Shower towels very small and old. Same bath robes. Indoor pool facility excellent. Restaurant and bar staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

For an Austrian family owned hotel apparent total lack of Austrian presence in reception and no sign of hotel manager nor maitre d. in restaurant.Open view of swimming pool from seating area bar and lift not discrete. Nobody at reception or on door before 0700. If there is a fire nobody in 100 room hotel to warn or exit guests. Limited lunch tea service with limited menu. Taxi had to park on road because guest cars parked in entrance day and night. One gets feeling of a franchise operated hotel with disinterested management. Common areas need modernising. Chairs showing signs of wear in bar.

Wonderful Hotel. Easy smooth checkin and my room was ready early which was really useful for me as I had lots planned in the afternoon. Spa was wonderful, fantastic place to relax and recharge after a lot of cross country skiing. Nice big breakfast buffet and good coffee!! Just 5 mins from the station which was really useful.The 2 guys on the bar were exceptional. Super relaxed and friendly, but excellent service. They created a really nice atmosphere!

I was told that I could use the spa facilities on the last day after skiing before my train, but when I went down, none of the saunas or steam rooms were on. Bit disappointing, but had a nice swim instead. When checking in, the really nice lady was doing a brilliant job, but the guy on reception with her kept interrupting. Just let her do her job, no need to keep chipping in with info that she was in the middle of giving!!

The staff on reception were exceptional and this continued through the rest of the hotel.The room was a very good size and spotlessly cleanThe food was outstandingPlenty to do in the spa area and swimming outside in water at 30 degrees while watching the snow on the mountains was a fantastic experience. Will definitely visit in the summer to use the swim pond.Plenty of organised activities, or simply relax and unwind
