    • We’ve just returned from an unforgettable two-night stay at Alpin Resort Sacher, and I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional our experience was. Our small group of girlfriends celebrated a milestone birthday, and this stunning hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the exquisite design, impeccable attention to detail, and the luxurious atmosphere. The decor is opulent and inviting, and the property is immaculately maintained. A special mention must be made of the heavenly scent that fills the air—truly a signature touch. We opted for the half-board package, and every meal was a gastronomic delight. The 5- or 7-course dinners were delicious and beautifully presented, and the wine selection was wonderfully diverse. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had, particularly the Cosmopolitan 1934, which I highly recommend! The evening entertainment was the perfect blend of sophistication and subtlety—ideal for enjoying conversation after dinner. During the day, we explored the hotel’s expansive spa, taking full advantage of its remarkable amenities. The full-body massages were heavenly, and trying cryotherapy was an exhilarating experience. Not many resorts offer such a comprehensive range of treatments. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even our housekeeping attendant was kind and friendly, greeting us with birthday wishes. A special thank you to Brandon, our waiter, whose warmth and attentiveness made every meal more enjoyable. For a group of women with discerning tastes, Alpin Resort Sacher truly exceeded our expectations. We give it a resounding 10/10 and will wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for a luxurious, memorable weekend we will treasure forever.

    Cons -

    • Reception staff are extremely rude! I don't know how such 5 star resort will have such front desk employees! Have them trained! They work in hospitality not in a police station! so serious and difficult & unfriendly at all! they make the whole experience unpleasant! It's about dealing, treatment & kindness! not about beautiful buildings with rude staff! I did read this about this place in other websites and didn't pay attention until I faced it with my family!
    • Everything was great
    • Many dogs come. Some barked.Mattress wasn't comfortable. First room no hot water in the shower.Second room the fridge broke and we couldn't stay in room after spa, waiting for them to finish.

It is our second time back and we will be back again! This is a beautiful resort maintained to the highest standards. The rooms are decorated beautifully in Alpine style and enjoy wonderful views of the Alps. The outside areas are expansive wonderfully gardened with so many differest pools available to the guests. The inclusive hike with Michael is wonderful. He is so kind and funny and is such a professional guide. The service is impeccable. I would especially like to note Amy who was so professional and also gave us a recepie for the Spaetzle which we enjoyed in soup. Finally the food is devine, presented at a Michelin Star level. We have rearly gone back to hotels, but this place is definately worth coming back to!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful region with lots of outdoor activities. Amazing spa.

Rooms were tiny with fewer amenities than expected.

Very nice staff, amazing food and sparkling clean.

Just would be helpfull to know that the indoor poor is for the moment closed for maintenance before register the booking.

    9MichellePosted on: 2-8-2024

the overall ambience is very welcoming. the spa facilities are great and kept spotlessy clean, with plenty of lounge areas. the meals are good, although the bar, in paricularl the cocktail selection, is in my opinion rather ‘limited’ compared with other 5* hotels. staff are attentive, particularly Moni in the Max Restaurant, she is superb, friendly, polite and efficient. The massages and cosmetic proceedures were good.

having visited when it was still the Astoria and now that it belongs to the Sacher and Leading Hotels of the World, it is missing an element of the perosnal. it feels more corporate, especially during the booking process where it felt they wanted to up-sell and not offer the option which was specifically requested, despite asking via mail a couple of times.

    location, spa and pools

less staff than they need, staff plays its own game, especially af the breakfast. some stupid rules like locked tables (you cant choose table where you sit - even if the others are completely free), the cook does not know what a toasted bread is - just keeps sending raw bread in a form of toast for example...all these small things that distinguish five star serviced froperty from a good four star hotel. no porter to open the door of the car when you arrive, no staff around when you need something at the lobby.feeling of an old style Sanatorium - where expenses reimbursed by medical insurance therefore people do not complain)

    10JulianaPosted on: 10-3-2023

The traditional style, how we felt super comfortable, care and welcome into the hotel. Thanks to all the staff for the attentiveness.

    10MikhailPosted on: 9-29-2023

Exceptional stay in all respects: excellent facilities with marvelous views, top-notch service, attentive and welcoming staff. Amazing quality and variety of food for dinner, very good breakfast. The hotel set the benchmark of the highest quality of stay for us. Highly recommended.

    8JonasPosted on: 9-4-2023

The hotel has a lovely big indoor and outdoor spa with great facilities perfect for summer (and, from the looks of it, winter); it’s located in a nice spot in Seefeld with great views and sun for most of the day; food with the half board is decent across breakfast, lunch and dinner; the hiking tour with Michael was excellent

not sure if the hotel had a recent change in staff but the service in the restaurant (for both breakfast and dinner) is not currently up to a 5* level. There were exceptions including Bran***, the bar team and the general restaurant management, all who were excellent, but the general service across the team was not up to standard. Orders for drinks and food got repeatedly forgotten or wrongly noted down, staff was publicly arguing witch each other (and at one point swearing) and the staff asked some pretty personal questions unprompted.

It was beautiful. Great location. Excellent views and lovely staff
