Bad service,no parking the let us park far away from the hotel, there was no boiler, no coffee machine, no slippers in t
The staff did their best serving guests and keeping supplies topped up and clearing tables. The bar experience, used on our 4th (last) evening was poor. The bar person was flitting about, to the amusement of other customers, rather than getting on making drinks. (The other bar person we also saw serving tables on other days appeared more attentive)..
Due to a hotel known problem with our room shower, we could not have proper showers. (We had to hand-hold all the time) We were told parts could not be sourced, but it just needed clips to secure the shower head/hose to the wall etc. This was dissapointing and poor compared with cheaper places (×3) we stayed before arriving at the Mountains. The breakfast area seemed confusing for many guests and it took a couple of days to work out where everything was. E.g. some people put yoghurt and cold cereal on plates as the bowls were by the cooked hot food. Rarely was there regular milk for cereals or tea pots for the teas...
Location is great
Breakfast buffet was really mediocre and did not seem to be prepared to be clean and of high standard… dishes often not refilled, some food looked old. Stuff was unfriendly and mattress was worn through… probably to old.
Nice position and fair price. It was clean.
No charm, it is end of seasson and service personal was under all criterias.
It is in a beautiful area! Easy walk to town center. The swimming pools and Spa areas are wonderful and the staff was great!
Location
Check in ridiculous. They wait til the precise minute or just after 3pm to actually let you have the room even though we arrived 4 hours earlier and were told that they were not busy. Felt pedantic and unnecessary.Electrical issues, could only use hairdryer in the public hallway every day - very peculiar Breakfast averageGym goodSpa - tired and needs workOutdoor pool inaccessible owing to untreated ice.Italian receptionist nice
The room was spacious, with stylish furniture and a great view. The breakfast was adequately good and enjoyable, and the spa experience exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the region itself is absolutely stunning – a true delight to explore!
The seating system at breakfast was a bit unusual, and the access to the rooms was a little confusing at first. However, these minor points did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent. I had a wonderful time and would recommend this place!
Breakfast Adequate most days. Some times lacking
Signage in English would have been helpful especially outside the sauna
This is a very nice large hotel convenient to the city center. This hotel has all the large hotel amenities. Nice staff and wonderful breakfast with a large open dining area. We booked an economy room but found it large and recently updated. Hotel has lifts and ample free on-site parking. I think this hotel can meet all your needs at a very good price.
No problems
Convenient for centre of town and to catch buses in the area and the train (30 minute journey to Innsbruck)Convenient for Seefeld Cross Country Ski Academy (highly recommend for friendly efficient service, ski equipment hire of excellent quality and super ski instruction)Room was serviced daily. It was a premium room and quite spacious. Reasonably equipped. Lots of hot water. Some coat hooks would be useful though as we needed to use coat hangers from the wardrobe which left us with just 2 coat hangers each. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.Food generally of good quality and generous portions. Buffet breakfast
The room (204) was very noisy. It was not possible to enjoy our balcony due to the “disco” from the ice rink opposite from 9:30 in the morning finishing 6:30 to 8:00 pm and then (with the exception of only 2 evenings) followed by booming music from the bar adjacent to ice rink which depending on number of people in there could go on until they left. The ice rink is, naturally, maintained regularly but this could take place, with vehicles anytime from 5:30 in the morning until 10:00 at night. Although on the main road the road itself is generally not exceptionally noisy. We spent as little time as possible in the room as it was not possible to quietly relax there. The service in the restaurant was chaotic for the majority of our stay. The first few days were fine and the last 2 days the waiter “service” was abandoned for a buffet - not what we had paid for but at least better than waiting an hour or more between courses. We gave up on desserts after a few days as we simply tired of waiting for them. As we were asked to order our main course (from a choice of three) in the morning and there was one dessert, it’s difficult to imagine how it could all go so badly wrong. We had no problem with the small choice but that should have made it very easy for kitchen and service. The food when it did arrive was of good quality, generous portions, well presented but often cold. The “hot” food in the breakfast buffet too was often cold e.g. scrambled eggs. The staff remained polite normally (one exception of kitchen staff) but were visibly frustrated with the whole thing themselves. It often seemed they were surprised by the guests who turned up and constantly improvising and setting up tables during service. Bar staff fortunately remained calm and composed throughout. There is an urgent need for an experienced restaurant manager or a restaurant staff training programme .
Location, staff, breakfast, sauna, and view. Special shout to the staff, who were extremely helpful under very demanding circumstances
- Pool (outside and inside) wasn't warm enough for the current temperatures (constantly below zero)- Beds were too soft for my taste, but the real issue was that the comforters were not big enough and the hotel didn't provide extras, so we felt cold during the night (temperature below -15 oC outisde)- The people that had booked a stay with both dinner and breakfast included were prioritised when booking tables for breakfast, so we had to wait/look for tables in the morning as almost all of them were booked.
Great gym and location
We were meant to have a queen room with Mountain View’s that sleeps 4. They told us they had over booked and we now had 2 rooms and they were old, tatty and lacking in every way unfortunately. The radiator didn’t work in our room, meaning a cold room that maintenances couldn’t fix, no tea or coffee facilities. Both rooms were not worth the money paid. They were a mish mash of different quality. One room had a fridge just dumped in the room, randomly. For the money, it wasn’t worth it.
The location was incredible and well serviced by shops only a short walk and the ski slopes
Perfect location and views. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Staff was very nice and friendly.
The wellness area is good, not as spacious as we thought though. It’s not as cozy as we hoped it would be. Still clean and enough for two days.
Staff, location and view are all good.
Instructions for facilitators and reservation in the restaurant. There are many rules especially reservation rules in the restaurant. If you book dinner, the table of the breakfast is reserved for you but the first I arrive all table beside the window were occupied and no people eating there. And some tables couldn’t be use for they were prepared for dinner, but it was before breakfast. Besides these inner rules, this is a really nice place to stay.
everything! staff, room, location, views, spa and pool all amazing ?
hot tubs could have been a little hotter for me.
