- Loved our stay here --- we're definitely booking here again next time. We had enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 5). Access to the beach through their sister hotel was convenient; I found it nice that beach towels were also provided aside from normal bathroom towels. Hotel breakfast spread offered lots of choices and was kid-friendly. I was anxious at first on how the parking situation would be (based on reading the other reviews), but we were able to always have a spot for the 2 nights that we stayed.

- Great location, friendly staff, amazing sauna/gym space on the property, restaurant/bar well situated in front of the property creating a nice atmosphere.
Cons -
- Shower floor was a bit sandy when we got there, but that's understandable for a beach town. Would have preferred the bathroom door to not have a peep window though :)
- The only less-than-desirable aspect was that the bed was overly soft, like sink-into-it soft, which is not our preference and actually hard to fall asleep.
- The room was a bit more simple than I hoped for but clean. Breakfast was ok, not many options for a vegan - would be great to have more healthy options.

One of the cheaper hotels in Heringsdorf but still good, which gives excellent value for money. The location is nice, very central and the SPA is clean and comfy
Staff is located in the hotel across the street, but we didn't need them so that's not a minus.
The breakfast was nice. The weather allowed for sitting outside. Dinner on the first evening at the sister hotel was very tasty.The beach is close enough and invites for long walks!
In this price range I would expect more toiletries, like lotion in particular as it is a beach holiday area. The safe was tiny and not even an iPad would fit in there. Also the support in organizing parking for our stay was virtually non-existent. It would be easy for the hotel to provide parking tickets but instead one had to pay the meter on a dayly basis. Stone age technology...There was no paper and pencil in the room.
