Breakfast was good. Staff excellent and very helpful. Room quiet and comfortable. On-site underground car park excellent.

Could not believe there was no bar or restaurant on site. Had to go down and across road to the bar which was very quiet and no bar staff there. Had to wait nearly half an hour and in the end had to go and try and find somebody. Person who did come was not very welcoming though we did get a drink. Exactly the same when we wanted to pay before we left. Took ages to find someone.Arrived on a Monday and found it impossible to find anywhere near enough for my husband to be able to walk to for dinner so didn’t have any.

The facilities were good !!

Desk receptionists only spoke Spanish except for one whose English was good.Other staff carried on speaking Spanish regardless of whether we could understand them.

Friendly staff, ease of check in, good room size, fair price for breakfast and parking.

Hotel on one way street so rooms at front had slight traffic noise.

The location was good and the view from the room was pleasant. There was a fridge in the room which was helpful, and the buffet breakfast was of a good standard.

The white walls in the room were scuffed and needed painting.

Our room on the 6th floor was huge and a large balcony -- however the cost was 200 euros/night.

Very disappointing. The climate control was not adequate for the hot weather. The light fixtures were controlled by a myriad of various switches scattered around the room and it was impossible to determine which light switches perform which duties. We slept with a light on because we could not determine how to turn that light off. The toilet is visible to any persons in the room. Only a glass partition separates the toilet from other guests. The cost of this room was 200 euro! ONE HOUR after reserving the room I asked to cancel the reservation -- The woman that answered the phone call said it was impossible to cancel. One hour after reserving it was "impossible" to cancel. 200 euros per night. NOT a reasonable value.

Nice hotel in the centre of town. There's even a free small parking lot nearby.

Even though the "Do not disturb" sign was placed, the room was cleaned anyway; this shouldn't have happened.
