- Good size, comfortable room. Nice setting surrounded by gardens. Good breakfast buffet. Easy parking for the car you'll need in view of the hotel location.

- Everything was fine. Room on the ground floor was very convenient in regards to luggage. The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent.
Cons -
- Even though we were told the restaurant was open for the duration of our stay, for 2 of our 3 night stay it was closed. Only found this out after we had consumed a few beers and found we had to walk 2.5 miles each way to the nearest restaurant. Not a problem - but my only footwear was either a pair of motorbike boots or some fashion flip flops and my husband requires a knee brace to cover that distance. Automatic check-in also caused problems in that it wouldn"t accept the credit card (which ultimatley provided you with a key), a member of staff had to resort to a hand held device to enable us to complete check-in and get a room key. Free advice - check out the prices in the restaurant before making a choice.

Locality great for Monforte de lemos but also perfect to get away from the town. Loved the pool. Bedroom a bit dark but comfortable. Wi-Fi a bonus
