It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN

Everything else. There was no one there to check us in after 3 There wasn't any way to call if you didn't have a cell phone that had service -we didn't- the rooms were directly on the 2nd floor outdoor parking lot so you couldn't open the windows fully or

We had an excellent stay at Motel Plus Schönefeld. The accommodation was outstanding — very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It was a perfect choice for our basketball team, offering everything we needed for a pleasant and practical stay.One of the great advantages is that the hotel building includes a large supermarket where you can find absolutely everything you might need. There is also the Casa Lia restaurant on site, which was ideal for dinner and very convenient after a long day.We would especially like to praise the hotel staff for their honesty and professionalism. They found and safely kept a wallet that we had lost, which we were able to collect later on our return. This gesture truly made our experience even more positive.We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I think it was okay given the pricing. I appreciated the experience mainly because it was pretty simple.

The host could have added more clarity on the self check in by giving specific instructions so that guests dont have to go up and then down.

The staff did there best with everything and realy helpful even if they where not so good in english but i think they understood everything so that wasnt big problem

The room had realy good bathroom but what could been done to make it better is when you have wheelchair accessable bathroom it would be grete to have all the accessabel rooms with rails for the toilet so that the people could use it

Clean, easy check in and checkout. Very close to the Airport. Bus stop Schwimmhalle direct infront of the door, S-Bahn 12 Minute walk.

Many possiblities for parking. Area good in case you travel by car. Check in easy. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Be careful on the room you get. There are only curtains on windows and there is too much light coming from nearby car park to the room which makes noy easy to sleep. Kitchen equipment could be better. Not speaking about the pan in horrible condition - no wonder when there were missing any plastic accessories.

The apartment is very clean and just a 10 minute ride from the airport.

Ended up in this motel as a last resource when my flight got cancelled. The neighbourhood is sketchy for a woman travelling alone and arriving late at night - I was quite scared. My taxi had a hard time finding the motel because the signs are not very visible and there is no door at street level. For some reason, the automated check-in machine gave me the wrong room number (probably a leftover ticket from the previous guest) and since there is no staff at night, I found myself in a tricky situation where I couldn't access the room. I ended up just trying my luck with the key in other rooms and it worked. The apartment is basic and not nicely decorated.

It is strategically located, near bus stop, it offers free parking, and there’s a kitchenette and comfortable beds, clean and there’s a supermarket on the ground level of the same building. There is also elevator. Rooms were the same as shown in photos.

I had trouble checking in. If you’re there during weekends you’re gonna have to check in using the check in machine, fully automated. The reception is closed after 3pm I think so if you have trouble checking in the only way is to call the number (the one on the right, the one on the left on top of the machine didn’t work for me), they’re not responsive on booking.com message chat on weekends or outside working hours I think. My problem was because my name is too long, and if it was a problem they should’ve contacted wayyy before and confirmed with me again. I waited more than 5 hours to get my check in sorted out. Luckily it got sorted out in the end (which involves long international calls ?)

There is no staff in the front desk and there is no one to answer messages. I don’t know how can customers talk to you for inconvenience? The first and only one message is to tell us checking-in with machine, no staff. It never tells us that the machine is in the “0” floor, we are crazy like a bee to find the checking in machine in the “2” floor ,reception spot. We pay for three people fee but there is no sofa sheet, pillow, blanket for “third” roommate. Again, no one ever reply our message. I ring them but it automatically transfer into fax machine. I will say, this definitely is not a good choice.

Everything was very good. Room is big, with nice equiped kitchenete, TV, sofa and small tables. Bathroom was just perfect, with towels, soaps. All appartment was clean. Self check-in by machine is easy and comfortable. Well done! ?

The motel has impressive parking. Next door is the shop, so you can buy what you need. There are cafes as well. It is 15 min away from railway. The room is really big. You will have everything in it.

Good location close to the BER airport. At the bottom of this building you can find two restaurants and a grocery store. Perfect for an emergency stay like we had due to a canceled flight. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was cheap ,and clean . Bigger than most rooms

No air con and was next to a car park that car freaks met in so was noisy till late . But you still had lighting for the car park entering the room from around the curtains

The room was poachers and the fter hours checking process was well explained.

There was an electric kettle but no packets of coffee or tea and the grocery was closed the day of checkin.

Good value, The staff was very helpful, and gave me a room much earlier than expected as I arrived early. There is free parking, good Chinese restaurant, super market right below the hotel.

nothing to complain about for the price. It met the expectations.

Bad

I was not able to check in in their automatic check in point it was not working. On reception nobody was around and they didn’t pick up the phone when I call several times. I was forced to find a new place to stay with two children

Close to airport with parking

No linens for 2nd bed and couldn’t contact anyone to get linens so had to share what we had.

Nearest to bus stop and airport, self check in is very good, rooms is clean.

No air conditioning, we need to open the windows. No complementary coffee.

Apart from actually getting our key card the stay was acceptable, would probably use it again.

Gaining access was not good at all, system didn't work, had to phone for assistance twice.

It was exceptionally clean, very big, comfy beds.

Lack of pillows.
