Location, location, location

The advertisement said Wi-Fi and a workout room only learn later that you had to pay for those

Set up baby crib with nice bedsheets and pillows for baby. Super close to airport walking 2 min

Restaurant food was terrible. Eat there 2 time and both times food was bad but nice staff.

The room and hotel were extremely clean.

The dinner was average at best and not worth the price.

location - short walk to terminal 1, took me only 5 minutes to arrive at the airline counter

Perfect hotel for a good rest before travel, super clean, modern, quiet rooms. Relaxing lounge downstairs, a very nice restaurant, super comfortable beds so needed before a long travel! The hotel staff is very helpful, check-in is friendly and straightforward, same as check-out.

The staff was the worst I ever seen. Not supportive, being loud to each other in the reception area, I will never be back if I have the chance to choose.

Location was ideal for early Morning departure The room was reasonable size and had nice amenities Like Electric kettle and free bottle of water. Check in and out were easy

I Requested 2 beds but room only had one

The breakfast was fairly good. Coming from Canada, I thought the food/restaurants were expensive. However paying less than 20 euros each for a decent buffet breakfast compared to other places we stayed was ok.

We arrived early at the hotel as we had to be out of our previous hotel by 11 am. We arrived just after noon. They had rooms available, however there was a 30 euro charge to get into the room early (3 hrs). I let them know we would be out in the morning by 7 am. They didn't care. Still 30. We had a view of a parking lot at the side of the hotel. There was a charge if we wanted a better view I think it was 13 euros. I skipped it on principal. They were not anywhere near full/busy so I just thought they should supply the best available. ( I didn't join there rewards program until I was waiting in the lounge)

They do not offer WiFi unless you sign up for their membership.. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that forces this ridiculous policy. I should not be forced to sign up for a membership of some arbitrary hotel just to use the internet. The cost of the hotel should cover WiFi, as is with any other hotel in the 21st century.. This was a huge inconvenience for us. I will never again stay at this hotel for that reason.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport for an early morning departure, and this place was perfect! It was incredibly clean, and amazingly quiet. It took less than five minutes to walk to airport security.

Location was phenomenal--5 minutes walk from the airport terminals.

Well, it wasn't clear whether there really was a fire when the alarm went off at 7 am--but I'm still glad to know the alarm system worked.

Big room, clean, complimentary water, shower chair and bars. Restaurant, bar, and lounge area was nice. Complimentary wheelchair to airport.

No complimentary breakfast, no body lotion. Wheelchair service was late, so we ended up walking.

Location, restaurant and staff is very friendly.

I was travelling with two kids, I booked room for three peoplo and we got only one bed. i should complain right away but I was too tired, we came very late to hotel and wasn’t comfy for all of us but maybe next time we will get better room.

Great room. Closing of doors in hallway created a lot of noise. Ate in the restaurant, food was great!

Breakfast was just amazing. I could request gluten free bread and there are vegan options as well.The location is quite convenient. The acommodation was perfect for three people and the bed quality excelled our expectations.

Leaving. Oh, the staff should provide accurate information regarding the boarding stations. We were directed to one that was open but whose plataform was not being used for boarding. For this reason, we had to carry luggage down the stairs for no reason and it took us another hour to get to the right plataform - it is inside the airport for future reference.

Breakfast included in the room pricing was EXCELLENT! Plenty of options and fresh items that were consistently replenished. Room was surprisingly quiet being on the airport proper.

Dinner staff and meal was less than expected for the prices we paid. Would not recommend.

The room was very nice, super clean and modern. The staff was professional and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were very good. The main advantage for me was the location, as I had an overnight layover at the airport, but it could also be a romantic place to stay if you're not traveling alone, the decor allows for it.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. If I ever have an overnight layover at the Berlin airport, this is where I will stay.

Friendly staff, there are check in booths in the lobby. Very close to the terminal, but quiet. Beds are really comfy

The lifts are sooooo slow! Why is this?! You're an airport hotel, no?
