Pros +

Customer Services Representative were nice, professional, friendly. They gave us directions to the restaurant and local busses .Breakfast was good
Nothing. Hotel is far aeay from city and commuted to hotel takes lots of time. I called hotel multiple time from US and then locally. They never pick up phone. And when I confronted I was told its short of staff.
Hotel was clean and modern. Parking was free and lots of spots.

Cons -

Our room & the bathroom smelled awful. I mentioned to the housekeeping supervisor &requested an spry. Not able to open the windows because the smell of cigarettes outside. Our room were on the 2do floor right above the entrance were people were smoking
Breakfast was ¿11/person and not very good. Advertised as having air conditioning but it didn¿t seem to work well. Not convenient to the train station, 20 minute walk.
