Sometimes too full, especially the spa. Sound isolation should be improved, especially from the corridors you can unfortunately hear everything

Location is perfect!! Great view and also pet friendly hotel. There was a separate breakfast area for guest with pets. My dog enjoyed the place very much as there was a nice lakeside walking lane and enough place to play near the lake.

Sauna area is a bit old for the price. Also, in general I feel its a bit expensive for the quality of the hotel. Also they charge extra for cleaning service if you have a dog. But they don’t even change the lower cover of the bed and bed runner. It had very bad pee smell from the dogs stayed there before.Also the bed runner was horribly stinking of the dogs. It was probably never cleaned. We couldn’t literally stay in the room for a while and then we figured out that the smell was coming out of bed runner. We removed it and kept it in the wardrobe and then it was okay.

The hotel is nicely decorated, Ina super location with very friendly staff.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location

The hotel does not provide enough parking space for all guests. The staff at the reception recommended to park at a car park in the village for additional 5€ per day, which feels not very fitting for a luxury hotel. Especially since the staff of the car park in the village was very rude and did not appreciate us parking there, even though we paid for it …

Where to start… fabulous location and welcoming staff. Super kids friendly with a proper pool and amazing playroom.

Public transport only works until 5pm. after that only taxis. Hairdryer is very old style.

Was not my first stay. So, I went there often because I like everything.

The noisy people at the SPA Area. Some people don’t know how to behave in the sauna.

Our second visit, love the pool area and other facilities on site like kids club and restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

Room was smaller than expected as was expecting to stay in the older wing but got a room in the newer wing which felt very small.Hotel seems to have changed hands since our last stay - the restaurant for dinner was good but it as good as previous visits. Lack of customer service in the pool area. Towels for pool not refreshed in room or readily available at the pool.

- convenient location directly located at the lake- staff was very friendly and attentive- nice and very clean room- breakfast buffet with wide offer and various options

- floor of walk-in shower was completely even without any incline, thus water was running out and whole bathroom floor got wet. - value for the money could be better

Good rooms, our was better than on photos. Also cool views from swimming area, 4 types of sauna.

Poor staff, double charged, never refunded

Charged twice, took my card on hands without much of a confirmation for a transaction made by them. As a result - double charged - once on booking another one at the checkout. Fighting for a second week to get a refund and no response. Fraud and ignorance.

Location, cleanliness, the staff in the spa were incredibly helpful.

Booked the restaurant beside the hotel, but affiliated to the hotel. Atmosphere wasn’t great and neither was the food.

Staff was a bit weird, they charged me for the room at the checkout even though it is prepaid via Booking.comWhen I said that I had already paid for the room, they added the cost for breakfast. Then I said I didn't have breakfast.Only then they charged me the amount that I was supposed to pay.This is the first time in all of Europe that the reception asked me for payment for services that I have paid for or didn't use. Considering this is a 4 star hotel, it is highly mismanaged.Why can't they ask if I had breakfast instead of just assuming it, and why didn't they check if I had already paid for the room? ☹️Also, the restaurant waiter had a typical "know it all" attitude.

spa and pool facilities, dinner and breakfast were both excellent, very comfortable rooms

no parking was available onsite, check in wasn’t 100% smooth (long wait, key to room in seperate building didn’t work so we had to trek back and line up again to get it resolved) but overall a great stay

Very unprofessional. We contacted them three days ago because we were charged twice for the stay. We booked the room via booking.com and had already paid for our stay. While there, we showed them the proof and emailed the receipt. They told us they would contact booking.com. Two months later, they made an unauthorised charge on my partner's credit card without contacting us. Today, they just came back saying you have to deal with booking.com; it is not our problem, even though we sent all the receipts and proof several times. That's really poor customer service. In Switzerland, what they did is called fraud. Also, only one person spoke English at the hotel, and they weren't very friendly towards non-German speaking guests. The room wasn't super clean ( animal hair as they are allowed but didn't specify it when you booked the room) and very noisy. Expect to be awake at 8:00 a.m. by the housekeeper and the guests yelling in the corridor.

Rudeness, poor customer service, noisy and lack of cleanliness.
