Nice lodge, good location for getting around.

It was quite hot during the noon and afternoon. There should be provision for at least one electric fan in every room

The house was great, very modern, clean and surprisingly spacious. The park was pristine and quiet, and the location was perfectly close to Hoorn, making it a short drive to and from the town. Parking was right next to the house. House was very well equipped and comfortable, with big windows for enjoying the sun.

We'd like to come back in summer to enjoy the pool!

We were so happy that the flat was very private and best of all, it was very clean and accommodating. Love the fact that it had a washing machine. love that it had a cozy water canal in the back with different birds showing up in the water. The white swan was a blessing to see.

We were missing iron and ironing board. If I may suggest having power outlet converter for those coming from other country. Even to purchase.

They told me on the phone that the key would be in a box outside the reception but they had nothing, they didn't refund us and they didn't answer any of our calls.At home you have to pay for towels, they don't change the sheets for a week, the house gets very dirty, the power goes out for hours.They keep your money after you've paid for useless reasons.They close the door where the bus passes, so that customers are forced to take their own taxis.I hope no one tries that place.

Nice staff, good location

Ver far from Amsterdam, only taxi can be used because even Uber drivers won’t accept your request. Only suggesting it if you go by car or you don’t mind spending €120-180/way for taxi

I found it very dusty in places but I wouldn’t let it put me off the main thing where clean.

The staff were welcoming and professional. The chalet was really clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The site is excellent. Weather wasn't great otherwise would of tried the pool. Laundry was easy to use the washer and dryer. Maybe an iron would be good. We were visiting family and it was great to have somewhere comfortable to come back to. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Nice and quiet. Staff friendly. Properties look new.

The dishes were half washed in dishwasher when arrived so had to re-wash and put away. Didn’t like to complain but should’ve all been dry and put away when we had arrived. Barrier is locked between 12am until 6am so if go out late then be aware that won’t be able get to accommodation so will have to park near reception and walk to property. Downside for us was our property was quite a distance so bit of a trek to walk.

Quiet, clean, family friendly, great pool. Helpful professional staff. Good base to get places. Near supermarkets and some restaurants. Lovely accommodation clean and neat. Lovely place would go back.

Clean and calm , the swimming pool, ability to rent a bike or a boat ?, near to Amsterdam.

A lot of insects at night so we were not able to have dinner or sit in the garden ; also unable to open a door or a window, they need to treat this problem

If you don’t drive don’t bother staying here!

Too far from everything! Spent a fortune on taxis! Website still shows a restaurant but found out the day before I went that it has been closed down for 2 years!

Peaceful location. Heated swimming pool. 8 min drive to nearest supermarket. Clean & well maintained. Child friendly.

Not negatives but be wary when booking. There are no catering facilities or shop on site. Car is needed if going to shops. €150 damages deposit to be paid in advance however this was returned within 48 hrs of check out.

Clean house with the river nearby. Ok for family trip. Very nice beds, comfortable kitchen. Not loud neighbours.

Well, everything was nice, except the fact that you can check in only before 17.00. Be careful about that, if you come after 17 there will be no one to help you, you will need to rent another apartment for the night.

Outside of the room, garden was good

Outside chairs and glass of houses are with spider web. There is a pair of sock which belongs to previous guess i think, in sofa. They wanna deposit in entrance and money for cleaning room after leaving. It likes a money trap. I didnt recommend the place to any guests Also there is no market place near to topparken.

the staff was extremely pleasant, checking in and out was a breeze if you supply all information beforehand. The cottages were adequate but why not a simple broom as part of the equipment so one can sweep the floor?

for a park this big the fact that the restaurant was not working or not existing is a big minus point. You are relatively far from anywhere and that is not ideal.Breakfast???? there was no working restaurant, one could order fresh bread but have that picked up at 9.30 is way past my breakfast time
