No air conditioning Very old hotelBeds were like concrete slabsFlies everywhere

Fabulous view off a roomy balcony equipped with chairs and table. Huge clean swimming pool with large sitting area around it.

Restaurant is not at all flexible. You have to decide the day before if you will have any meals (including breakfast) there and pre-select what you will eat (out of a couple of choices)

Location was great, as was the view from the lakefront room, also appreciated the large balcony. Breakfast was good for an Americans standards but not on par with what weve experienced in Italy

The breakfest was poor

Vegetables, frehs Bread, warm Egos and fruit

No frigobar in the room, no microwave in the whole hotel to warm up baby food, water poring down in the toilet, which could not be fixed.Poor breakfast, with little fresh food or fruit.No service whatsoever. The region has a lot to offer, with a little effort clients could be provided with optional programs. Great pool but no chance of having a proper apero with finger food.With little effort the hotel could be much better, if only the management had some interest in providing some basic services

- The room was poorly equipped, the sealing on our balcony was broken and in general the stay was not worth the price - In the restaurant they didn't offer us drinks like vine, there was just water on the table

Nice swimming pool (25m) but cold so bring a wetsuit if you want to train.

The hotel is very outdated, the bathroom looked like our grandmas and there was a bad smell coming from the pipes. Breakfast was very basic. Overal too expensive for this region.

A wonderful location by one of the best lakes in Italy. An Olympic size pool. Wonderful weather. This could be a great hotel but the staff were completely disengaged. If it was just one person you could put it down to a bad day, but every person in every department acted like they could not care less, which can only mean the management have created or tolerated this culture. A huge shame and loss for all the clientele.

The staff morale. Just one example - trying to order a drink from a bar man who will not raise his head from his phone throughout the process.

Breakfast was good, but we paid for a supper there which was both expensive and terrible. The hotel is very dog friendly which was great, though it was virtually impossible to get any Internet connection. Very clean, with the most amazing views. Pool was lovely too.

The pool was no fun for the kids since it was only for doing laps.
