- This is a wonderful B&B in a great location. The owner is a lovely person - very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are simple, clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was also nice! I will definitely come back when I return to Scanno.

- Last year, we stayed in Scanno at a different hotel while attending the Xterra competition at the lake and it was extremely hot (no AC and 90+ degree temperatures). This year, we vowed the only way we’d stay in the town again was with AC. We filtered Booking with this requirement and found Seggiovia. We were thrilled! …until we double checked everything the night before our stay and found NO mention of AC. Thankfully, we packed a fan in our car…. It was miserably hot and no one slept. We were left scratching our heads wondering how the place listed AC back in April(?) but removed it in the meantime. Needless to say, after two miserable tries in Scanno, we will not be back next year. A true bummer since the town is so cute and Xterra a nice event.
