Hotel Palau de Girona

It was clean.

The sheets felt like a plastic rubber tarp or something. They were loud anytime they moved. At about 8am or so there was LOUD hammering and DRILLING in the shared wall where our beds were. we had to go downstairs to complain and they didn't want to stop

Friendly staff, very nice, very clean room, excellent restaurant, easy parking.

Location was great just off motorway. Rooms were very good. Hotel restaurant excellent.

Underground car park. Really tight to get in and out of. Park in spaces outside hotel if available.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but very dated. There was a bar and it was only 10 mins drive from town.

The hotel as marked as 4 star and was more expensive than surrounding hotels. In no way does it qualify as 4 star. The hotels facilities were basic at best. The advertised parking was not available as I had a van. No laundry facilities. I wish I had saved money and stayed at a cheaper hotel.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Includes restaurant serving quality food. I had a perfect stay.

Staff excellent, rooms impeccably clean and well appointed, superb restaurant, free parking.

Corridor lighting is movement generated but stays on only for seconds with the result that I had to open my room in darkness! Breakfast is rather limited.

Reception was ok but on my way to the elevator with my luggage was accosted by a staff member who wanted to know where the hell I thought I was going. Rude and unpleasant.

The staff, they made this hotel what it is, a super clean, high quality service and dedicated to your enjoyment. The food was beyond expectation, well presented and superbly cooked, the waitress kindly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, the wine generously served, the beer and the GnT cold.I can only give this place 10/10. It made my trip to the uk from Alicante a pleasurable experience. The jacuzzi bath, the junior suite, the fridge in the room, the large comfortable bed, the sound proofing, all first class.

What didn’t I like, mmmmm absolutely nothing…

Location a little bit out but an a fantastic bus service makes up for it.

We stayed for 2 nights and we needed a hotel outside of the city. This one totally met our expectations! The staff is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, and the room was really clean. Nice experience!

Nice hotel for a stop-over when traveling by car. Not far away from the motorway. Parking outside is available and free of charge. The garage (difficult access because it is rather small) is available for an extra fee.

Although I checked before through the Internet if the restaurant is open there was no food availabe (it was a sunday)
