Enigma - Nature & Water Hotel

One of the few hotels where it is really quiet. Stylish rooms, excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds

No coffee machines or water glasses in the room

Service was great, people have been very nice, always concerned and providing additional things every time we needed (took breakfast after 10am, did check out after 12am). Dinner was great as well.

Place is awesome but facilities lack maintenance, some things were just not working (jacuzi, pool massage jets), others were damage (sauna and turk bath controls). Floor was wet and dangerous, without any warning sign.

Well the hotel is a bit love, everything is clean but the design of the hotel by itself is not that great

Spa needs an updateShowers weren’t very clean

The staff was very kind, polite, professional, resourceful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and overall, the hotel was well designed and very modern.

There was loud music in the common areas - very disturbing for a relaxing hotel. The wifi didn't get to my room, so I had to spend a lot of time in the games room or in the lobby. The hotel was empty but the staff gave me the only room that looked onto the parking lot, so I had no view at all. I wanted to book a massage, but the service was not offered during the current season. And finally, I had dinner at the hotel once and it was very disappointing (to the point that I almost laughed!) - 30€ for a piece of dry veal with plain spaghetti noodles on the side (no butter, no salt and pepper, nothing) and 2 leaves of lettuce.

The location is very nice and off from any bigger city or town, it’s very quiet and surrounded by nature.

The spa and pool area seemed to be a bit outdated and would’ve needed to be updated to feel more comfortable

Very good and wel presented hotel in an amazing setting with all facilities and attentive staff.

The shower base as in many modern hotels was extremely dangerous as there was no grip and the feet can and did just slide from under and you fall to the shower base. Extremely dangerous especially for older or disabled people.

we had a great Stay. friendly, clean, quiet guests, big breakfast.

food was tasty, bedrooms were comfortable and lovely views. location is gorgeous.

could have been a lovely spa experience in a gorgeous landscape, but the spa was not to a good standard on maintenance or cleanses. building needs maintenance. the restaurante service was extremely inexperienced and slow. could have tracked walks for people.

The SPA is not good. Sauna was not working and the Turkish bath as well ( intermittent functioning)

Food is not good no option available .As well they charge me 5 euro for dilivery tea in room and chargé me 10 euro for head cap and I pay alot for room really there was only me in that hotel and it's in jungle sorry not happy with this

Evening meal did not have all items listed. No salad.Breakfast was from 0800 and at 0820 we were told they had no idea when breakfast might be served.We skipped breakfast as we had to leave.

easy, quick check in, we booked this extremely last minute, showed up within 30 minutes of booking on booking.com app and they had a room for us etc. the staff were all very nice and probably the best part of the stay here.

this hotel is a bit weird.. it’s kind of a spa/resort but the spa portion of the hotel is extremely dated and worn. there is a small indoor pool which wasn’t particularly clean and there is an external hot tub inside the room which one would have on their patio etc. that’s really the only complaint though the rooms etc. are all fine

this place needs some love and maintenance. it feels numb and not lively. the fitness room needs fixing, some towels in the spa, glasses instead of plastic wrapped paper cups…

the fact it was apart of nature

it wasn’t up to part, there was mold everywhere, my room had mold in it also needed a new paint job, and he hall way had mold, the spa area had mold and it was unsafe, the shower area wasn’t working correct and it had mold and not very clean.
