    Pros +

    • The hotel is nice and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff is truly friendly and available to support in any other need. The breakfast was ok, and the pool was big and clean as well. Though I didn't use it, I've noticed there were a lot of spaces special for kids both indoors and outdoors, and a list of activities such as pilates or gymnastics for the guests to join.
    • Great facilities, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Also, the windows are great! Really big bathtub.
    • Parking was plentiful, area is beautiful, the hotel in general needs a revamp.

    Cons -

    • A few things highlight the fact that this was once a great hotel but it is now getting old (though super clean!): the sheets were clean, but old, some floor boards were raising, some doors were peeling. Nothing that makes the guests feel unconfortable or in an unclean space, but it does not match a 4 star hotel. Also, there were few amenities in the bathtub.
    • Mosquitos coming in from the vents, we killed like 6 or more in one night. The pillows aren't that great.
    • The place was dusty and had spiderwebs in places, and the place could do with a bit of modernising. Common areas, like the restaurant was nice and clean, friendly staff, but inside in the less common used places, and outside, hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The windows on the rooms almost seemed frosted due to dirty inside and outside, and the curtains were dusty.

breakfast, room, good . pool too cold to try.

    evening meal returned to chef.....

It was ok for one night stay.

For this price and 4 star hotel I expect to have a bit more like: tea and coffee in the room, kettle and cups. You can get it on the bar but you have to pay extra! Room was not clean enough, some small hairs everywhere in the bathroom, curtains are all in black mold also the area around the window.

I had a lovely time, it’s a great hotel. Thankyou Margarite and the man at breakfast time for looking after me and my bike I will always remember your friendlines

It was New Year Eve and there was no eating/drinking option for those who did not want to pay and go to the party but the hotel did let me use the kettle for my pot noodle :-)

Good parking, nice room, hot shower, clean, really nice pool area..great breakfast- excellent fruit juices, jams, bread, cereal, eggs, good quality sausages & good coffee & cakes. Very friendly staff, especially the young man who managed breakfast and the night girl who rang a restaurant for us. Fab kebab shop in the town - BD Star Kebab..very busy, great durum wraps, nice friendly staff.

The location is a bit random, surrounded by sand dunes/ pine forest which can't be driven through so no access to coast. I'm not sure why you would visit whilst on holiday other than as a half way stop between the Algarve & Lisbon. A few restaurants, supermarkets and a few bars. No clear centre.

The staff were kind, honest and friendly and very helpful. There was a secure place to store my bicycle. The room was very comfortable and a good swimming pool.

The chef needs a lesson in vegetarian cooking. My evening meal was disappointing. But the breakfast was great.

It's a good location if you are traveling from Lisboa to Algarve and need to quick one night stop. It has a private parking lot, a swimming pool, some outdoor activities for kids and serve dinner and breakfast. The pool is large, but water not heated, so it was rather cold in July. The room is pretty big, but all furniture is a little outdated, the bathroom is old too. The breakfast was alright, pastry section was pretty good.

    8LukaszPosted on: 8-16-2024

Very quiet and relatively clean hotel at an OK location. The staff was very friendly.

    Breakfast was very simple.

    7Anita24Posted on: 8-5-2024

Even tho the building is a bit outdated it was quite comfortable. The breakfast was simple but nice, I like the little room with some toys for the kids and the library. The pool area is really nice with a big pool and a small for kids which was perfect for our 2 year old. Good hotel for families. The clean staff they were very polite.

Not all but some of the staff from the reception they were not that polite and it looked they did not know some features regarding the hotel, which is weird taking it to consideration they work there. Also, I did not like that there were no lights outside at night as they have such a nice outside to spend summer nights but it looked like they don’t want people to be there or even in the library my family was there at night so we could be all together and they would switch off the lights, that was so rude. The maintenance outside was horrible as well, outside nothing was fixed

Good central location, beautiful pool, employees are friendly, rooms are clean.

Buffet in the evening was rather manageable and Limited various.

The pool is ok and the kids area and playground are very nice. The room is comfortable.

Breakfast is very bad. The majority of pool chairs are broken.

It’s horrible , this place cost maximum 30 euro

It’s American motel style, constructed in late 70-80 s , located no where, no garden , everything absolutely old

    7PhillipPosted on: 4-30-2024

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Pool was nice.

    Breakfast was mediocre.

    8CristinaPosted on: 3-31-2024

The exterior was very kids friendly, with swings and slide, the pool was spacious with a nice involving area. The breakfast was satisfactory.

    8HafezPosted on: 1-12-2024

The facilities were free to walk the people were friendly and polite and helpful. The whole staff specially the barman very professional. The rooms were very clean and organised. The water runnin in my bathroom so warm.

Nothin really everything was good. I found the breakfast poor. There was no really much going on and I had to pay for the breakfast and wasn’t amazing that was the only downfall. But the local shops in front of the Hotel the bakery especially made a difference.
