- A great hotel with fabulous view of the Adriatic. Short walk down to the beach and boardwalk. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner and large deck area with bar service to enjoy the view. Private car parking under cameras.
- Good location
Cons -
- Pillows weren't very comfortable.
- Lots of wedding receptions and birthday parties :-) created a lot of people and not a lot of parking
- Pillows and bedding could be much better. Way too many stairs to get to the beach. Beach is all rocks and no sand. Water shoes are a must. Would have been nice to know.

Good breakfast. But too many dessert type offerings and not enough nutrition focused options. Eggs were available but not known to us until last day.

Such a relaxing structure, color, and location. If y can any to totally relax w a bike ride by the ocean and eat authentic seafood in a non touristy place this is exactly right. And that’s not even counting their breakfast + complimentary served coffee in a spectacular airy salon.
Maybe slightly cramped bedroom
Great location, very good breakfast, very clean and nice service, overall excellent.
Clean and great location right in the coast via a private wooden staircase and directly walkable to town via the dedicated cycle path
Building works had closed the whole lower ground floor restaurant and terraces which meant limited facilities - not advertised prior to booking
The view is amazing, the bed was comfortable, there are elevators, the breakfast was overwhelming – about 30 cakes, the restaurant in the hotel was very good. You’re within walking distance to town where there are more restaurants, a stroll along the bike/hiking path next to the water is fantastic.
There isn’t that much space for a suitcases and clothes. The walls are a little thin – we could hear our neighbor’s TV.
Beautiful location, staircase from the hotel direct to the coastal path. Easy private parking, delicious food and beautiful decor.
Location- full view to the sea.
Breakfast was one of the worst in Italy. No vegetables at all, no hot meal, only at request the waiter came with 2 fried eggs, coffee was horrible...
Very nice hotel superb room over looking sea. Superb restaurant.
Staff were excellent, food was excellent, absolutely beautiful location too, breakfast was huge and delicious
Room was nice, big enough for 1 person, even for 2. I had an excellent view to the sea. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is close to the beach, has its own pathway to the seaside. Very quiet surroundings. Hotel staff very polite and helpful.
The bed was extremely comfyA good location for a couple of nights.Lovely cycling path or walking path across the road from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant There was a huge selection of homemade cakes at breakfast Parking was available but very busy at timesOrtona old town is worth a visit
The bathroom was very small with a tiny shower that didn’t work well with the large shower head. The steps to the coastal path were very steep then just stopped towards the end leading to steep bumpy ground The beach sunbeds were on a suspended platform over the pebble beach. Access to the sea was not easy and there were no toilets or facilities
Excelent mattress and pillows, good food, nice terrace, good parking, kind staff
Beautifully appointed very chic ultra modern hotel with super sea views close to the town , beach and restaurants
The hanging rail in the bedroom was too high needs lowering as I am 2m tall and had difficulty using it, a soap reck in the shower would be very useful otherwise it was perfect
Nothing. We expected to have access to the beach which was not possible because a very busy highway made it impossible to reach the rocky beach.

I had the €40 Seafood Sampler dinner and the food was excellent !! My server seemed a bit distant, but I was quite tired and grouchy, too.
I was solo traveling, looking for a seaside hotel on the Adriatic Sea. I booked my €100 room on Booking.com thinking it was one of the beautiful suites overlooking the sea that are shown in the photos. My fault, I guess, I did not read the fine print. My €100 room was a BASIC one on the bottom floor next to the elevator with a small useless balcony overlooking an a walkway. It had 3 beds and was their wheelchair accessible room, very plain and basic. And to get to the sea you must cross the busy street and walk down maybe 100 stairs? Swimming pool is a 20 minute walk away.
The staff was absolutely amazing, very professional but also happy and friendly. Bonus point for the breakfast, it’s one of the best I ever had. The room is very clean and the sea view beautiful.
The sound isolation of the rooms isn’t very good, we could ear everything going on in the rooms next and above us
Clean, seaview, helpful staff
