Everything. It is airy, comfortable and staff where excellent, especially Hotel Employee on reception.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is very attractive and the room was lovely. The hotel restaurant was also very good. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of San Vicente de la Barquera. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Convenient location to Camino. Clean, spacious room with bay view. No air conditioning, but an oscillating fan provided.

Frustratingly slow wifi with frequent drop offs in room.

We stayed a night at this hotel and it was very conveniently located near the center of San Vicente. The view is great from the hotel terrace. The parking is on very steep roads, but we could find a spot easily. The room was decent enough, comfortable and we were also able to take some wine up to our room at night (bar is open till 11). All in all, comfortable and nice stay in a nautical themed hotel.

The wifi is terrible, constantly dropping and no speed when connected.

The hotel is beautiful and everything looks new and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and the room and bathroom very clean and comfortable

The location, the lovely Raquel, and the wonderful garage for motorbikes (well worth the €10)

Lack of air conditioning - room and restaurant were very warm. Quality of on-site restaurant.

The property itself was clean and modern, but extremely poorly designed

The bathroom was small and poorly designed. The bidet interfered with the opening of the shower door. There were no handles on the inside of the shower door, making it impossible to close water flooded the bathroom floor with each shower. The televisions need a substantial upgrade, their tiny. But worst of all was the front desk staff! Rude and insistent not very helpful. Beware of the overpriced breakfast buffet! There’s a great little restaurant 100 m down the street with fresh orange juice, fresh tortillas, and croissants and Real coffee!

Spotlessly clean in good location. Refurbished bathroom. Double doors in bedroom so kept the room quiet from corridor - walls were thin but neighbouring rooms were quiet at night.

Basic accomodation. No fridge or kettle in room. Internet hopeless - kept dropping out. Very limited opening hours of cafeteria and food not good.

Location was great, the room spacious with large shower and a good breakfast. We arrived early to leave our bags, but as the room was ready they let us check in 2 hours early. The bed was very comfortable and room service food was good.

There was no fan in the bathroon, so a lot of moisture. The outside shutter blind wouldn't lower, so first night lots of light and not much privacy from neighbours.

The location of the hotel was convenient to shops and restaurants. It was also a short walk to bus station. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was of very high standard and there was copious amounts.

The evening menu was a bit limited.

Hotel staff was very helpful and location was great. A few mins walk to the main town.Food was good and very reasonable.

Weather was not good but that was out of our control!No parking but we found off street which was free.
