Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza - All Inclusive

This was the best hotel of a month long trip. I was cautious at first because of some of the reviews. The all inclusive was amazing, the rooms were clean and well kept, the staff was very friendly and happy to answer all questions, the food was AMAZING!!!

Staff were friendly

Not enough staff for number of customers. Mix of some all inclusive and some paying customers made things a little awkward. All inclusive did not include large portions of the drink and food menus. Room service was not 24hours.

Priority did not reimburse a wrong booking regardless I slept I. The other structure belonging to the same chain. Ridicolous?. Managment should change job and work at the Italian post

It’s very noisy due to the location being next to the party area. The airport is also 5 min away from the hotel so you hear the airplanes as if you are on the plane yourself. The rooms are also very overpriced. My friend and I first stayed in the select palace and our room was on the 1st floor connected to the roof, the first night we hear people waking on OUR balcony and did not feel safe whatsoever. The staff at the select palace was super understanding and accommodating and upgraded us to the White Island resort. The room there was better, however there we encountered the rudest staff ever. They would refuse simple requests like bringing a dental kit to the room and giving us attitude by saying „yes we have a dental kit but we won’t bring it to you you can come fetch it yourself“. Overall the employees were all in their early 20s and you could feel the immaturity. Personally not the best experience and the staff and the White Island Resort is the main reasons why we will not be coming back.

There was no indoor pool with many pools serving the same purpose.

Liked the friendly cleaning staff especially. Rest of staff were friendly too. Food was very good with lots of choice. Hotel very clean and modern. Spa was nice but quite expensive for treatments.

Absolutely hated the outside music around the pool. Same tracks all day long which were eerie, depressing and annoying tunes. Awful!!Tripped over steel trim around small plot of shrubs walking from main hotel to theatre. Was very dark walking just outside hotel and didn't see it. I had to take taxi to hospital to get stiches in my leg and cut and bruised my arm. Would say more lighting needed in this area.

This isn't a 5 star its a 4 star at best, the whole hotel is a farce. The worst all inclusive with the cheapest and nastiest food going.

The room was very small, supposed to be double beds but 2 singles pushed together. The room stank of drains, i was told it was down to the weather... i came home ill! The smell was very bad, it was reported but when the men came i'd had the door open. Re breakfast, the egg options are all over cooked, the coffee is self service and Nescafe, no milk in the machine so limited choice. For a 5 Star Hotel breakfast was appalling.

They’d just reopened for the season so some of the entertainment didn’t start before the end of our week. However staff were all amazing, the food was excellent and the general facilities very good.

the food was great. the people that work there are polite and great service tooBut the White L ....... the other side of the resort , the toilet smells and actually perceive the odour immediately you enter the reception.

i didnt like how the smell of the toilet fills the other reception not the main reception.

Close to the airport

Poor customer service. If you want to visit a hotel that says no to everything then this is the one for you Whatever you ask for the answer will be no 8:30 - want a cup of tea at breakfast? Be prepared to que for at least 10 minutes Ask for hot milk for your daughters cereal? You get told to que up at the coffee machine to disperse milk which also kicks out coffee just before the milk or hot waterCan I get some pancakes please for my daughter? Sorry all gone. Can your chefs make some, no sorry Put your tea down on your table at breakfast and dare to leave to go and get some food from the buffet, you’ll get back your table and all of your belongings along with your tea will be gone- as apparently no one sitting at the table (with all your belongings still there) means you have left Dare to ask where your things are, the staff will just have a go at you No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Basic fizzy drinks and water only in the fridge, cheap beer 10am - Can I have a towel please for the sun bed, no towels left sorry and there won’t be any for the rest of the day
