Ebano Hotel Apartments & Spa

The location is perfect, very close to airport and venues. The spa was delightful. The majority of staff provided excellent customer service, the hotel Manager was exceptional

The worst stay ever

The room wasn’t like photos and it wasn’t clean my family saw ants inside the room. Also the fridge was empty I never saw a 4 stars hotel with an empty fridge and the staff knew that we are going to check in why they didn’t put anything inside the fridge or soap inside bathroom the room wasn’t ready for us. The room was very hot there was some problem with the ac and the room was damp and uncomfortable and my mom has asthma she didn’t sleep well at night. We tried to make check out and refund our money at the same night but we couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there and after that we waited till the next morning we talked with the manager and he was uncooperative and did not have good communication skills with the hotel guests he kept saying to us that he can’t refund the money for us because of the hotel policy and we explained for him that we didn’t receive an email of the hotel policy but he kept repeating the same sentence for us. I would like to express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager. He repeatedly communicated in a cold manner, giving the impression that our concerns were of no importance, until he personally verified that the email had not reached us. In my experience, I have never encountered a manager who acted so unprofessionally. In addition, During our check-in, a song with sexual innuendos was playing, which is inappropriate for families. At the end the place was clearly a motel; there is no way it could be considered a hotel.

Great location for those looking for a place to walk and party.

I got stuck in Ibiza for the night due to flight cancellations so I had little choice left on hotels as it was evening. This hotel is so expensive for how old and unmaintained the rooms are. There was a party until 01:00 in the rooms so loudly above and next to me it was insane.

From where to start.. we were in Ibiza during the biggest rain and storm in the last 50 years.The staff and the hotel Manager - nice lady named Trini did everything they could for us to catch the return flight.During heavy rain and half meter water on the road, she went out from the hotel in sandals to bring the car and to bring us to the airport. I am sure nobody would do that. Such a nice and good heart lady. Grateful forever. ❤️Unfortunately, the road to the airport was closed and the owner offered us free accommodation for additional night. Thank you so much once again ??Staff, manager, owner - exceptional.Food is amazing as well.There is a nice swimming pool and big open area outside.Hotel is equipped with good gym and spa zone.Housekeepers are doing amazing job and everything was so clean on daily basis.If we ever come back to Ibiza, we will go to Ebano ! I feel the gym could use some improvement and have the broken machines fixed as there aren't many.Also, there was no water provided or offered. When coming back from the gym and passed on the breakfast to request my bottle to be filled, I was told there was no water, so I took a glass from the bottle provided on the breakfast but was getting nasty looks from the staff.In addition, the spa area is beautiful but you are not allowed to use the jacuzzi (Wasn't told why neither was I offered to add on, if that was the case).

The hotel is near the airport however it is next to a busy noisy road and the planes fly over. Rooms are spacious with balcony and kitchen area beds are rock hard. Ni character to room. Indoor spa you have to book which we weren’t told to book so cldnt use as someone was in there. Very expensive and nicer places to stay staff v friendly.

Super friendly staff , beautiful hotel in a quiet area but around the corner to the shops, restaurants and the beach ! Private swim up pool apartment was fantastic, so clean , great beds and cleaned everyday ! This hotel exceeded my expectations- I didn’t want to leave !!!

Nice option to stay in Ibiza close to the mainly street and some parties (hard rock cafe, Hïve) in the room we had a kitchen that helped a lot with quickly and easy food! Pool and facilities also pretty good!

Usually we stay 7 days, now it was only 5 ?...poco tiempo. Nothing bad to refer.
